Can a couple with 2 small kids sit comfortably on Royal Enfield Classic 500?

Can a couple with their two kids sit on a motorcycle? Probably yes.But should you? No.The design of most motorcycles takes into account just one pillion rider. Any more and it gets progressively dangerous and unstable regardless of the size of the extra passengers. Even if they're kids, it would still affect your reactions and balance. And in emergency braking situations it would take the brakes longer and farther to do their job. You would be a hazard not just to yourself, but others on the road. So don't play with so many lives just based on an incorrect assumption of your physical capabilities, your bike's limits and the road conditions. Use the public transportation. 'Jugaad' doesn't work in every situation. It can be lethal. Don't forget to wear a helmet. Ride safe.

What's the best car to buy?

Thanks for the A2A.Original question:What is the best car to buy? What is the best car for a 30 year old single parent to a 7 year old boy who lives in Saskatchewan, Canada (that means 8 months of snow)Who wants a gas efficient car?Help please.First off, I really don't like questions that ask for the "best" of anything unless there is a plethora of details narrowing down the choices.  I'm not scolding but I am letting you know what I would buy in your situation.Subaru.  Every model is 4-wheel (all wheel) drive and that's great for traction in less than dry conditions.  The use a 4-cylinder engine which is easier on gas than a 6 or 8 like you would get in an SUV or full-size truck.  They have reasonably good build quality and will last for a very long time.  They are pricey in the used market but they have some of the best discounts from sticker as a new purchase.  Get a Legacy sedan or a Forester SUV if you need more room.Second choice: Toyota RAV4 or Honda CRV.  Excellent build quality, very good mileage and resale value. In deference to the the other answers a Grand Cherokee is a poor choice for mileage and for reliability.  I owned a brand new '94 GC and it was the worst vehicle I've ever owned, and I've owned many. You didn't specify new or used, coupe or SUV.  Makes it difficult to know what you might like.

Why is it that Rolls Royce cars are expensive?

The Short Answer :Because nearly every task is completed by hand.Where in the modern world, most of the luxury car companies prefer to build their cars by robots, the Rolls Royce prefers to use humans instead.Let’s take an example,The grills on the front portion of the Rolls : No measurement instruments are used to build this grill, it's solely made by hands. It takes one man one day to build a Rolls Royce grill and 5 hours are spent polishing it.The Long Answer :[1] This is Goodwood plant, the birthplace of Rolls. All in all there are only 4 robots in this 7-acres massive plant, but even they can’t completely replace the human touch.Inside the car, the leather is had from Scandinavian bulls only. (Rolls Royce gets leathers from only those bulls that have been already killed for food.)The cars space frame chassis is first built in Germany and then shifted to Goodwood plant (England).Inside the paint expanse, it requires 22 steps, 5 layers of paint and seven days before the body is perfect and in total 45 kilograms of paint is sprayed onto the body shell. This takes almost a week to 10 days because, even the paint works are mostly done by hands & the last layer of paint is done by couple of robots. The process of polishing takes 5 hours.A special tradition is used named “Bookmatching”, where the veneers are given glossy finish to give the mirror look from each side.450 pieces of leather and 17 days are necessary for completing the interior. The star looking roof needs one of the best and skillful workers, who take about 12 hours to build one roof. The cars interior consists of 42 different parts of veneers totally handcrafted. The veneers are sourced from all over the world and many different woods are available. Each car takes weeks at least to create. The fastest car that Rolls can make is the Ghost, which takes a minimum of 30 days and 60 hands to make. The Phantom takes a minimum of 45 days. Some Rolls-Royce's can even take up to a year.Footnotes[1] A Day in Goodwood: We visit the Rolls Royce factory

Which car is better; a Sedan or an SUV?

Its all depend upon what you want , power or comfort ?I think this is most confusing question. Now price of sedan and SUV is quiet similar. Both the cars have their own pros and cons.Advantages of sedan:Comfort : sedan gives you more comfortable drive than SUV. Whether it is highways or bad roads you won't find discomfort in good sedan. In ghat section also sedan does it work greatly and gives more pleasurable driveCity driving : Comparing with SUV city drive with sedan will be easier . You don't need lots of space to turn . And beacause of luxurious interiors you won't get tired in city traffics.Mileage : Sedan will give you more mileage than SUV . And most important sedan offers you petrol varient while most of the SUV’s not.Performance: The well designed aerodynamic shape of car will give you great performance. Most of the sedan and does 0-100 in 10 seconds.Latest technology: How much you are paying for sedan that much it will give feedback . Most of the sedans comes with latest technology equipments.Budget : Sedans are cheaper than SUVs. This is biggest advantage of sedan.Advantages of SUV:Solid build quality: SUV won't disappoint you in the build quality. It gives its best in this segment.Space: Want more space to stretch your legs? SUV is able to give this. It have more leg room, more head room. I think more than sufficient.Off Roading : Want a adventure drive? Choose a SUV . Its high ground clearance , broad tires will help in driving on rough roads.4×4 : This is great feature you get in SUV . 4×4 means all the 4 tyres get power independently.Muscle : Are you boared to give horn to idiot rickshaws and two wheelers?,get an SUV . Its bigger shape automatically scare them .Look : Want a cool look . SUV have cool and killer look .So what you want? Comfort or adventure.According to that choose you car.Hope it helps.VINEET

JetBlue Airways: If you don't select a seat upon booking your flight and when you arrive at the airport there are only Even More Space seats remaining, will you be assigned one free-of-charge?

Yes, this is common.I often use this trick when trying to get a nice seat on a plane.   Even you already had a seat assigned (or not) the best approach is to get  VERY early to the counter check-in process at the airport.  There are several reasons for that:a) The Airline employees are fresh and attentive to your requests: they are most likely to try to please you.  If you get there late, near the flight check-in closing time, the airline employees will be mad, pissed off because of being there several hours, tired of dealing with many travelers and all their issues...b) Getting early, of course, ensures the "non allocated seats" are still available, so, if you ask the attending person for a better seat. It is highly probable you can get one.   Pre 9/11, I used to get many 1st class upgrades with my airline employee id (when I was one myself) with my wife as well !  This no longer happens sad to say.   But, I often get much better seats this way: getting early.c) Do your homework: visit sites such as www.seatguru.com and find out which type of aircraft you will be flying in and learn which are the best seats or the ones you would like to be seated at.  This way you can ask for specific seats (or areas) in the specific type of arcraft assigned to your flight. Most of the time, when being seat relocated at the counter, if this is an airline employee action, you won't get charged extra (there is no guarantee of that, of course).  They can and they will if they decide so ... so be sure its a complimentary move.Last but not least, remind that the airline has the final word in (almost) everything, including extreme conditions such as denying someone to board a plane. Have this always in mind. Hope this helps and hope you get great seats in you next flight.  Best regards.
