Running 2 Miles And Eating Low Carb

Running 2 miles and eating low carb?

So I started last Friday running two miles a day 6 times a week. I already eat pretty low carb most meats(except pork), organic veggies, eggs, low fat yogurt, nuts and cheese. also fruit; once or twice a day. I only drink water about 4 bottles a day and I also work my thighs core and arms at the gym. I'm active during the day with softball. If I keep this up will I see my body changing/ burning the fatty areas? How long would u say it would take for me to see a change? What else can I do or what am I doing wrong? I'm not over weight just a little bold/ curvy and have some fatty areas such as my tummy upper thighs love handles and my arms are a little thick. Thanks :)

If I run 2 miles 5-6 days a week. How long will it be till I see big results? ?

It'll take about a week and a half before you start noticing results. But, running a consistent route is actually not as effective as you think. Instead of running 2 miles 6 days a week, you should strive to run the same mileage in a different pattern. First, start with a 2 mile run, then take a day off. The day after that, run 3 miles, followed by another 2 mile run the next day. Take another day off and then run 5 miles. For the longer runs just take them slow and make sure you drink water before hand. You'll do fine.

I run about 160 miles (255km) per month. How much carbs, protein, calories per day?

Your profile is Anonymous so I can't tell if you're a male or female, makes a huge difference.

One thing I can tell you is that you should be eating every 3-4 hours, otherwise your blood sugar will drop causing a sugar craving. Eat a smaller healthy snack/meal.

Average teen boys between the ages of 14 and 18 need between 2,200 and 3,200 calories daily, according to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. If you regularly plays sports or is very active, however, a guy can need up to 3,500 or even 4,000 calories daily.

About 45 percent to 65 percent of those calories should come from carbs,
25 percent to 35 percent from fats
and 10 percent to 30 percent from protein.

How much weight will I lose if I do 10,000 crunches and run 3 miles each day??

Its great that u wanna lose weight but that is dangerous that much working out on that little food. nine days also isnt alot of time to lose weight, odds are you would jsut end up dehydrating yourself and losing alot of water weight in that short of an amount of time. If you want to lose weight and are serious about it you should try to lose a pound or two a week and try for alifestyle change. Nine days just isnt enough time to lose weight. That being said when i was a wrestler i lost 12 pounds in a day by wearing sweatpants sweatshirts layers on top of eachother and running a long as i could i passed out 3 times before my wiegh in and i would not reccomend that to anyone since it does dmg to your heart and you will gain that wieght back the second u start drinking and eating again.
