Are pewdiepie subscribers fake?

So before he started YouTube, pewdiepies parents had good jobs that pay well. It could be that before his fame, his parents payed for subscribers. And he now pays people on his own. If he is soo popular, why haven't I heared of him? I spend some of my time on youtube and some social media. All of the people I know are not subscribed to him. My siblings friends are gamers and are not subscribed to him and don't watch him.

Which gives more money: more YouTube views or more YouTube subscribers?

None of them. Watch time matters. If you have longer watch time then more ads will be shown on your video. A 10 mins long video can earn upto 3X a normal video. Pewdiepie mentioned it in a recent video.

How many subscribers do I need to monetize my video to earn money?

Youtube on January 17th, Announced the New Youtube Partner Program Policy. This was because of spammers, impersonators, and other bad actors. Youtube has to protect its ecosystem for Advertisers and their Creators.Back in April of 2017, Youtube announced the eligibility requirement of 10,000-lifetime views.According to the new policy, Now Creators need minimum 4000hrs watch time and 1000 subscribers in past 12 months. This is not over yet After that creator has to submit their channel for review. For existing creators who didn’t meet this limit:- Means for those channels which are exceptionally old and don’t have 1000+ subscribers and that 4000 hours of watch time, they got an effortlessness time of 30 days and the last date they declared for them is “20 February”. If they didn’t meet the edge and satisfy necessities, at that point tragically They will Disable your Monetization. It’s not too difficult to get 4000hrs Watch Time and 1000 Subscribers. Just read it till the end and You will definitely get your answer “How to Do It”.

How much do YouTubers make if they have 18k subscribers?

Well, you earn for ad views and not subscribers. Provided your channel is monetized, you can earn 50 cents to 2 dollars for every 1000 ad views. The rate of payment is dependent on how much the advertisers are ready to pay for your inventory. If your inventory has strong demographics (high paying people, richer countries, etc) you will get more. If your inventory’s target audience is less attractive to the advertisers they will bid less for it, and your coverage rate may also be lower (low number of ads shown on your videos)It also depends on the niche. If you’re making nursery rhymes, you will make less cause the target audience does not have much buying power (if the kid is sitting in front of the screen alone). If you’re in insurance, credit cards, banking, investments, you may even get $10 per view. It’s very variable. There cannot be a single quick answer.

YES - You should always delete subscribers who aren’t engaged from your email list. That is, if you’ve done everything you could to re-engage them. Here are some strategies for doing that:9 strategies for re-engaging your email listDefine what you consider to be inactive and segment your list accordingly.Re-energize dormant subscribers with a targeted email series.Personalize all communication.Use retargeting campaigns to re-indoctrinate and win back inactive subscribers.Have a series of re-engagement events.Survey subscribers and ask them to refine their email preferences.Start an engagement campaign.Offer a tripwire to turn subscribers into buyers.Create a fresh offer to upsell your new buyers. But no matter how hard you try, your re-engagement efforts won’t have an impact on every single subscriber. And that’s okay.Use it as a license to trim the fat off your list and tighten things up a bit.Delete the subscribers who are truly apathetic to your brand. How can one start an email marketing campaign without subscribers?

Starting an email marketing campaign without subscribers is pretty simple. Pick whatever service makes the most sense to send the email, I like MailChimp, and then add subscribers. So the real question then is, how do I grow my list subscribers?Option A - you can buy (not recommended), rent (better), or mine email addresses to add to the list yourself. There are a number of challenges with this approach. The obvious one being people didn’t sign up for the email and may not appreciate receiving it.If you do this you need to ensure you have an easy way to unsubscribe and that you are very good about writing content that is value-add, i.e. industry trends, useful articles you found, etc.One of the bad things that can happen if you don’t get this right is you will get flagged as a spammer. My personal experience running cold email campaigns to some of the customers from my previous startup are mixed. I’m not a huge fan of option a.Option B - build your own listThis takes time, but there are plenty of great examples of people doing this very successfully. This typically needs to get coupled up with a content marketing strategy, i.e. you are offering great content and want to entice readers to sign up to get more. Some ideas:Use an Exit Intent - popups that offer something when people are leaving in exchange for signing up to your newsletter. These are annoying but surprisingly effective. Here’s a blog I wrote about Exit Intent recentlyUse Squeeze Pages - simple forms that are targeted to a specific piece of content with a corresponding offer, e.g. PDF download. These are typically links in existing content like “Click here to get My 10 Best Recommendations for …”Use advertising - I see a lot of this on Facebook ads - basically using Facebook ads to get eyeballs to content with the goal of converting them into an email list. The problem with that is that it costs money. But having signed up for a few I can verify they work!full disclosure - this is a problem space my not yet launched new startup is working on. Things like exit intent, welcome mats, integration with Medium, targeted links, etc. all designed to help convert people around the edges. List building being part of that.Rob
