Frame your question in a better way so that it can be resolved.Like your Hotstar App is not working, meaning it's not opening or loads on the main page after opening or it force closes itself after opening.You can go ahead and do the following:Open app info in setting option, clear your cache memory, clear data and restart ur app. OrKindly check ur subscription if any. OrKindly update your app from Google play store. OrYou can uninstall and reinstall Hotstar app. OrCheck whether you have have an updated Operating System for your phone.

I dont think it will get lost. Go ahead and update. However if you are upgrading the version, the apps will have to be re-installed

There's an official Mac and Windows app called 'Samsung Kies', which, in a way is to Samsung devices what iTunes is to Apple devices, I presume. Please note that unless you have a rooted GS3 (in which case you can install any one of the plethora of compatible flavors of Jelly Bean mods) the update needs to have been made available by your carrier to begin with. Samsung Galaxy S4 - Wifi Network disabled Internet slow?
I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 through Verizon. Over the weekend, I updated my phone with the new Android Jellybean software. Prior to this updated, I have always been able to connect to my office’s wifi with no issues. However after the updated, the phone will connect to the office wifi for a second or two, than return the following message, “Network Disabled because the Internet connection is slow” and cannot connect. I called my IT department, they said the office’s internet has not changed and I sit about 50 feet from the wifi router. Now I do get wifi connection at home and other places, and considering that the only change since last Friday was from the software updated, it has to be a phone issue. I have done the following to get the wifi to connect: Have “removed” the network and reconnect to wifi (no luck) Done a complete shut down and reboot of the phone (no luck) Taken the phone into Samsung (in Best Buy) and had them run a check to make sure the software is installed correctly (and it is) Gone to Verizon store and had them look at it (they found no issues) What else can I do? I enjoy using apps the need a connection (ie Pandora, Facebook), but just do not want to waste my data plan while at the office.
Samsung S3 Wont give me option to update Instagram?
Instagram video just came out and my s3 which has 4.1.1 won't let me update. The only options the play store gives me is to uninstall and to open. Also snapchat got an update recently and it wont let me get that one either. It did give me a notification today to update another app but not the ones i wanted. Thanks

Custom roms have an issue that mobile data will not work after flashing. I am also using Resurrection Remix 5.8.5 running Nougat 7.1.2.The solution to this is typing in *#*#4636#*#* in the dialer screen, it will open a Testing window. In the following screen select WCDMA only or LTE only if it’s a 4G handset and toggle mobile radio button. Once you receive signal.Turn on mobile data. It will work fine. If the issue still persists reboot into recovery mode and wipe cache. Reboot again and turn mobile data. It will definitely work. Hope that helps.

Why won't my Samsung Galazy S3 connect to attwifi?
Today I just got the Samsung Galaxy S3, and since I was home I put in my wifi information and had zero issues with connecting it. However, when I leave my wifi range it's not automatically connecting to AT&T's wireless like it should be doing, and thereby leaving me without a connection whenever I leave my home. How do I fix this? I'm paying for the data plan so there shouldn't be an issue there.
