To me, nothing... as either a verb is missing or it is misspelled. In English this sentence would amount to "I you all' or "I all you". A verb that'd fit in here is for instance "dirai" to give "je vous dirai tout", in English "I will tell you everything". Now, 'vous' can be misspelled and be 'veux' instead "je veux tout" (I want everything) or 'tout' could be 'tue' "je vous tue" (I'm killing you). To many foreigners the sounds 'ou', 'eu', 'u' can be very confusing...

The more familiar “est-ce que” form is more common. Inverting the subject-verb is more of a written form and will seem much more “lourd” to the ear. For a foreigner, the rules around the more familiar form are complicated whereas inversion is easier to say/do.Both are valid but “est-ce que” is typically not supposed to be used for prose or in formal writing even if the Internet age (emails, sms, Web sites, blogs) allows it alongside tutoiement, no longer writing in passé simple, abbreviations, etc.
