Then, download the apk file from here: Google Play Store APKs - APKMirror, put the file on your phone, and tap on it to start installing.Install Google Services.Next, install you have Google Services installed. You can download the apk from here: Google Play services APKs - APKMirrorReconnect your Google account.This step isn't necessary and might not make a difference, but it wouldn't hurt to try. The the problem mostlikely lies in the hardware. Your phone might be outdated and not compatible with playing the game. Another issue would be that your messenger app is outdated. You might have blocked mobile data for the application and the app certainly requires internet.I reckon you should update everything connected to EverWing; Messenger, Facebook and your OS. Also run a check in your settings if you are blocking the app somehow, but considering the return message the problem should lie with your phone.
