Near Around 20-25 Mark's Questions are asked from S&T in GA section of this exam. Physics Biology and chemistry are the main portions to be covered.Niw it depends upon candidate and his/her background from where to start, Generally static questions are asked from S&T.One May refer to Lucent GK book wholly worthwhile reading.Secondly he/she may refer to Manorama 2016.And for online sources Mrunal.org also provides better current affairs regarding S&T.So sail through this books and only resources and one may be able to score 30+ easily in GA section of SSC CGL. Science & Technology is one of the most ambiguous topic in GS paper 3 and preparing for it is a nightmare even for students with Science background.The best strategy would be : Not to waste much time & energy on this as the amount of time required to cover various topics can be enormous whereas the benefit would be minimal.I and many others did not care much about this topic and at best focused only on the Big Bang events like Mangalyaan, overuse of antibiotics, nobel prize winners etc. Let's have a look at questions asked in CSE 2014.Now these two questions are very generic and anyone following the newspapers regularly would have answered without any difficulty.However, the situation was completely different in CSE 2013 where very difficult questions were asked which meant that ultimately no body knew the answer and therefore those questions played no significant role in the final score.Even if you want to prepare then follow the RSS feeds of Times Of India Science section and Down To Earth magazine and try to cover them weekly / monthly.
