My descendant?? Scorpio?
The descendent sign determines what dos you think about everyone else.Since it is in 7th house it rules relationships and how you see other persons you interact with. Ultimatly you'll see other as too emotive, too sensitive, too stuborn, too obsessive in some sort of things like a scorpio! You see yourself as a calm person and you think everyone is the contrary. Sag Sun needs to be Sag in order to feel whole and complete ... rather free, exploring, philosophical, happy-go-lucky and optimistic. But the way you relate to people (Venus) is Scorpio, which is intense and very emotional. This is very different from your need to be yourself fully (Sun), so you might have trouble feeling fulfilled by your relationships because you are then trying to balance intense vs. happy-go-lucky, emotional vs. philosophically-detached. Much will depend on the aspects that planets make to your Venus and to your Sun. With more sextiles and trines than squares and oppositions, this won't be a difficult difference between your Sun-needs and your Venus-needs. Who would you be compatible with? Astrologers use aspects .. not so much the signs. The aspects shows what "happens" between two people, and whether or not it is harmonious or inharmonious ... the signs only explain the aspects a bit more. The greatest indicator of compatibility is when one person has their Ascendant or Descendant within 8 degrees (conjunct) the other person's Sun or Moon or Venus or Mars. Example: if you had Sun at, say 9 degrees of Sag, then you would be very compatible with someone whose Ascendant or Descendant was located between 1 Sag and 17 Sag.

How compatible are these two: Libra Sun, Pisces Moon, Aquarius Rising & a Leo Sun Sagittarius Moon Libra Rising?
While there is a lot more to compatibility than just Sun, Moon and Ascendant, it is a good place to start. The Libra Sun person can feel comfortable being themselves around the Sagittarius Moon person. However, the Pisces Moon person may find it difficult to feel comfortable around the Leo Sun person, so this can be a bit of work to smooth this out. What helps though is that each person has a positive connection with the Ascendant/Descendant of the other, so they are both able to see each other’s perspectives in general.The Pisces Moon to Leo Sun issue is workable, but if the Leo Sun person has some positive planets in Cancer or Pisces, it might be much easier to overcome the differences these two experience.

Are Scorpio risings the same as Scorpio sun?
Generally not. One way to think of the differences between sun and rising signs is that the sun sign will be the natural personality of the person, whereas the rising sign will be more like how the person consciously thinks and acts on the surface. Descendant sign and Juno sign in terms of attraction?
So I have heard that your descendant sign determines the sign that you tend to be attracted to, whereas your Juno sign determines who you should marry. Is this true? The thing is, my descendant sign is Sagittarius... and I think I dislike Sagittarians more than any other sign. My Juno sign however, is Virgo. I do like other Virgos, and most of my love interests have been Virgos.
