Screen On Hp Laptop Windows 8 Keeps Zooming In And Out When I Touch Touchpad How Do I Change

Why does my font size keep changing?

You don't say which browser you're using. Does the font only shrink inside your browser or does it do it with other programs? Does it do it with Windows itself?
If the font shrinks randomly with other programs as well, not just your browser then i would guess that you have some type of malware infection.
For that, download, install, update and then scan with Malwarebytes http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail/Malwarebytes-AntiMalware/1186760019/1

If the problem is confined to your internet browser you could try repairing it. Go to Programs and Features (in Windows 7) or Add/Remove Programs (Windows XP) from the Control Panel, click and highlight your internet browser (Probably Internet Explorer or Firefox) and then choose Repair.

If that doesn't fix it, and the problem is confined to your browser, i would suggest uninstalling it, then cleaning your registry with CCleaner http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/ (Opt to create a backup of the registry when prompted), and then re-installing your browser.

Why Does My Screen Size Keep Changing When I Move Mouse (On Laptop)?

This will be a setting in the Touchpad properties. Some touchpads have exotic features that react to "Gestures", and they can be difficult to master.
Look in Control Panel/Mouse to find the adjustments.

How do I fix an HP EliteBook touchpad that isn't working?

Harking back to my days in tech support for HP, I'd usually have to ask for a definition of "not working" before troubleshooting. Given the lack of interactivity here, I'll make some assumptions based on the fact that I'm also an EliteBook user whose touchpad occasionally takes a holiday. In the Task Bar, your icons on the right side should include one for the Synaptics Pointing Device. Of course, if your touchpad and touchpoint devices aren't working, you can't get to that icon, so find an external mouse. Once the USB driver has installed, go to the icon, right-click and select Pointing Device Properties. Once the window opens, select the last tab for Device Settings, and then click Reset Devices. Viola! The touchpad returns to life.If that doesn't work, then it's more likely a hardware issue. The keyboard assembly is a self-repair part, and there are good videos on YouTube stepping you through the process. Watch one, and if it's within your capabilities, order the part and DIY; otherwise send it to HP for repair (but be prepared to be without the notebook for a week). Good luck!
