My tattoo is starting to dry up, the surface is rough, is this normal?
I just has a tattoo done at the lower back on Monday. Today is day 5 alr. What I can say is... The skin where the tattoo covered feels really rough, and it is peeling off a little(scabs)? I didn't peel or scratch it. BUT when I slp, I'm nt sure if the friction will cause it to peel a little. Some ink came out w the skin(very minimal though)!! How much longer will this last? I'm afraid by then my tattoo would be 'gone'!! What can I do to protect it from further 'damage'? Or maybe I can retouch it a mth later?? OMG pls help, this is really disappointing....

Use fabric softener and soften the wash water with borax or 7 oz of vinegar. Don't put it in an electric tumble dryer. The dryer shrinks and fades clothing. I never put anything that I want to keep nice looking in the dryer. I line dry it. Another option is to always have it professionally dry cleaned. This is the way to keep all clothing looking its best and preventing wear and tear from regular cleaning regardless of what the label says.. I always have my nice jeans dry cleaned. I wouldn't think of putting them in the washer or dryer at home.

An element worth noting in all of this is that you may be tuning your voice to what you're hearing, rather than to the acoustic of the room. When you sing, a certain percentage of the sound that you hear in real time is heard through bone, which can distort things. You may need to retrain your singing to ignore the effect of the bone, because it could be throwing you off.There's a cool trick that I love for doing this without having to record yourself all the time. Put your hand on each side up to the tragus of your ear (that little cartilage flap that's right on top of the ear opening) on each side. Put your hand there in the same position as though you were karate chopping, if that makes sense (but, obviously, gently). Then curve your fingers so that they outline the rest of your ear. You should look kind of like you're giving yourself Mickey Mouse ears if you're doing it right. Now try to speak. And try to sing, for that matter. Your voice should sound different but not THAT different. This is a pretty good approximation of what you sound like to people who aren't you. It's also a useful tool for where you should be recording your voice. Walk into a recording studio that you're thinking about using (or a room you're thinking of recording in), and try this out. If you don't feel good about the acoustic, record somewhere else!
When can my dog start playing after being neutered?
Well, I wouldn't let my dog get on the bed until after 3 days. He could rip something, you know? My dog was neutered a week from today. The veteranarian said it would take 2 weeks to fully recover, and not to give him a full bath for 2 weeks. But that might be a short time because my dog got laser which is a shorter re-coup time. Be prepared for ALOT of scratching, my dog would try so hard to scratch that he would drag his bum and made it raw, so to distract him, i scratch his back and that seems to stop him for a little while, but if he gets really bad, I hold him.
