Second Arraignment Within A Week Can

How does a court arraignment work?

Actually, an arraignment is the part where you are formally charged and told of all of your charges. At this time, you are also told of the maximum and minimum penalties for the offense. You can chose to plead guilty or not guilty at that time, or not. The judge will ask you if you wish to plead, which you say yes or no. If you say yes, he will ask you what your plea is. After which, he can either sentence you then if you plead guilty, or decide on bail and set up any pre-trial hearings.

As for the piece of paper, bring it with you or call the prosecutor's office before the trial date. If you do not call them, then arrive at the arraignment before the scheduled hearing and discuss it with them. If you choose to do it, the prosecutor will contact the judge to inform him/her that a plea agreement has been reached before the hearing. Then when the judge asks you how you plead, you will say guilty, and the judge will hand down the sentence right then. Keep in mind that the judge does not have to abide by what the plea agreement says. While most do, he/she may determine that you require more or less punishment.

Is there a maximum that bail can be set PRIOR to arraignment appearance?

I know sometimes bail is raised or lowered at the arraignment but is there a max or min or can they just pick a number before the arrested person appears before a judge? This would be for a murder charge, and the person has no prior arrests or convictions.

What do I select on Superior Court website, If I want to fight a ticket?

I received a speeding+no insurance ticket and I did have insurance at the time, the cop was being a dick and said it was okay then when he came back he gave me the ticket I didn't say anything to him I signed it and I want to fight it now. He also said I was going "55" in a 40 zone this # is a guess by him I don't deny speeding, But I wasn't going 15mph over speed limit, I normally do 5-10mph he didn't get me on radar, He was just having a bad day and I could tell because he was yelling at me about being a dumb *** driver recklessly endangering innocent drivers etc. etc.

So I have a couple of options:
Appearance Date Extension - The extension date will be 08/13/2012.
Traffic School Payment - The amount due is $377.00 plus a e-Public Access service fee* of $10.00 will be added to this amount. The traffic school due date will be 08/08/2012.
Full Payment to Close Your Citation - The amount due is $1113 plus a e-Public Access service fee* of $10.00 will be added to this amount.
Court Date Reservation for Arraignment Only - No Trials - Select a time preference below.

"Court Date Reservation for Arraignment Only" Is what comes to my head, This is the first time I've ever received a ticket that I want to fight off, Is this what I would select in order to fight it, But it says "No Trial" or do I show up to court on the day selected in the ticket (Which for me is on June 12th at 2012)? I'm confused, If anyone could help me, Please! Since I have only a week to take care of this unless I extend, Which I don't want to. I want to get rid of it as soon as possible.
