Can you? Yes. Should you? No.When I was 13 years old, I created a PayPal account and was transacting through it on my online game that I created. Later on, PayPal found out that I was underage and locked all of the funds in my account. I then created another account when I was 15 in which they found out and locked that account as well. Basically, I was banned from PayPal. I contacted customer service and it took about a year to get my funds out and at that point I was able to start over with PayPal.Anyways, I’ll never use PayPal again to conduct business.

Suspended ebay/paypal account?
I used to sell on ebay pretty frequently years ago and accumulated a pretty decent seller rating. I took a break from selling once my normal job got busy again so I basically left the account untouched for about 6 months. I racked up a $25 fee somehow and both my ebay and paypal were suspended. Well, the ebay is suspended...I can't even log onto the paypal now so I'm assuming thats the same story. Its been almost a year now, would I be able to pay the $25 fee and reinstate both accounts and be able to go back to my old ebay seller account? With paypal could I simply start a new account or would they find I had a suspended account and apply fees from the old one?

That is the entire purpose of that platform.HOWEVER, if you have a personal PP account and you start receiving large and/or frequent payments indicating business transactions (and/or for any other reason they decide is proper) they WILL, without prior notice, freeze your PP account, back charge your bank account and/or otherwise tie up and/or effectively steal your money for their own profit.My advice is to search out and put a crypto wallet system into place. IF you’re selling something worth $300+; I’d suggest BTC, lower than that ETH. Either way, YOU are in control of your own money; not someone else who can turn around and steal from you when THEY decide your money belongs to them. Yes, there is a way to get cash (advance) from PayPal Credit account. It is not a secret, the way you can do this is even answered step by step from PayPal.You can not send money to yourself from your PayPal Credit Account. You need a friend/relative you trust and who has a PayPal Account.Log into your PayPal Account. Select Send Money. Enter the person’s email address. Enter amount. Change the payment method to PayPal Credit. Click send. (There is a small transaction fee you need to pay.)The other person has the money you sent in their PayPal Account instantly. It seems like you can no longer transfer money into your PayPal account directly from your bank accounts. They've gone to Green Dot (available at places like Wal-Mart), and once you buy the Green Dot card, fund it and pay WMT the convenience fee, you can transfer money from Green Dot into PayPal. It sucks. The other thing is that if your bank account is the FIRST "backup funding source" for PayPal, you can simply pay from PayPal with zero balance in PayPal, and it will overdraft "out from" the bank account without fees. The PayPal backup funding limit has to be watched. In my case it's $200, so wide enough for my eBay needs. Probably yours, too.
