Seems To Be A Clogged Pore Derm Question

How do i get rid of clogged pores?

If you want it to go away much faster this is a tried and tested way that I found REALLY WORKS. If you try it you will find that you will not need to use anything else on your face ever again. You will have a blemish free and really healthy skin. It's very simple and costs very little. So we, who have got used to the endless trying of all the conventional over the counter stuff which do not work, are sceptical about a such a simple cure.
Quickly got permanently rid of pimples, white heads, blackheads, enlarged and clogged pores, scars. It works best with an organic oil - olive oil or tea tree oil will work. You massage the face with quite a strong, vigorous motion (once a day). Skin is always shedding and renewing, the massaging friction hastens a spot and blemish free skin to emerge. The skin has to adjust and if soreness or other reactions happen (the skin might expel poisons that need to be expelled) then stop and resume when you can. You have to find the pace that works for you - it's different for every person. Stick with it & In matter of days or a week you will see an improvement and overtime you will have a completely blemish free skin. You keep up a massage routine( not as vigorous.) after that and it will stay that way.
ADDED NOTE - Don't believe everything you are told on ANSWERS. Search for "pimple or skin disorder cure" on Yahoo! Search and you will get sites that tell you what and won't work. Also do a Search on ANSWERS - there are hundreds of cure answers. Contact them and ask them what worked.

How can i get rid of my clogged pores?

All these answers are good, but a belt sander is final.

How do you clean deeply clogged pores?

I have deeply clogged pores that face washes and scrubs don't seem to be able to clear up. I'm on acne medications from my dermatologist. This has helped with breakouts. But my face is still oily and I can't get rid of the clogged pores.

I don't have the large, dark blackheads. But looking closely at my face you can see my pores are clogged and it makes my skin feel bumpy. I've tried those Biore pore strips. Those helped on any blackheads, but not on the deep clogs. Recently I've tried the Neutrogena Wave. Yes, it made my skin smooth and removed excess makeup, but it doesn't really deep clean pores that well.

Any suggestions what I should do? Would it be helpful for me to try some sort of a cleansing mask? It's like I need something to sit on my face for awhile and dissolve everything that's in my pores. I've never used them before so I don't know what I should try.

Thanks for your help!

Obagi Nu-Derm question?

I have been using Obgai Nu-Derm blender w/ the Trenotin (spelling?) cream for occasional acne and brown spots on my arms. I was thinking of using it on my face. I get 1-2 pimples at a time, nothing bad. Mainly I want to target the reddish marks left behind by acne. I don't have any brown, just red. Does Obagi Nu-Derm products target the redness or are they more for brown pigment? If not, what products are good for the redness? I have tried products for Rosecca (spelling?), but they weren't right for the redness I am having. Thanks for your help...

How do I get rid of clogged pores at home?

At night before you go to bed, try taking a washcloth as hot as you can stand it and placing it over your face for about 5 minutes. The heat will open your pores, then use neutrogena fresh foaming cleanser. It will clean your face and hopefully start to clear out you're pores

Severe skin discoloration due to clogged pores. HELP!?

I went through a period of terrible self-hygene, and it resulted in me being left with a "ring" around my neck, that was from dirt and oils being ground into my skin,in the style of how blackheads happen. there ARE NOT blackheads, and cannot be popped. it appears as though i have taken dirt and smeared it around the circumfrence of my neck. my nose is soemwhat the same,i basicly have every pore on it clogged. i have tried and failed to get rid of the clogged pores on my nose, and though the skin on my neck IS lightening, its still quite noticible. aside from washing every day, using astringent, cleanser blahblahblah, have you got any ideas oh how to help? i really want my hair supershort, but cannot get the courage to do so untill this problem is taken care of.

and i dont have alot of money to go buying pricey stuff, and before you say it,proactive IS too expensive for me.

Would a peel help with clogged pores if I just found out the moisturizer I've been using is comedogenic with corn, soy, and wheat germ oil?

See a dermatologist. My dermo boss prescribes low dose antibiotic tablets to help decrease the bacteria in the pores of the skin, one of the main causes of acne. You also will get a skin care regimen and spot ointments. Some patients can achieve such good control that they only return every 3 months. Thanks for A2A

My skin is extremely sensitive and prone to clogged pores how do I clear this?

I also have highly sensitive skin and I'm prone to easily clogged pores. I have researched, bought and trialed so many different products that are commercially available. I have also tried several methods including using toners, moisturizers, sunscreens, etc. and nothing ever fixed the problem or appearance of my skin. Then, I happened to stumble across a blog here and an article there promoting the positive effects of using home remedies to improve your skin and I figured, why not give it a try. I already had several of the ingredients for many different home made masks and scrubs in my pantry.I'm telling you, it has done wonders for my skin. I can see a noticeable difference in my pores, my skin is brighter, it's softer it's really amazing. My #1 piece of advice that I would offer to you is to look into the use of raw honey as a cleanser/ face wash or scrub.#2 Apple cider vinegar as a toner. (I mix apple cider vinegar with a few drops of lavender essential oil).#3 - look into oil cleansing or using natural oils as ingredients, mixed with other products for use in made facial recipes.I know it sounds sounds counterproductive, but if you have sensitive skin, it might be the chemicals in the over the counter cleansers that you are using that is causing the sensitive skin. Use of all natural, non-comedogenic oils such as Argan oil, sweet almond oil, or coconut oil (coconut oil is fairly high on the comedogenic scale) have many antibacterial and healing qualities to them.#4 - use of essential oils depending upon the type of skin that you have.I can't even begin to go into how many different types of essential oils there are and the different uses and effectiveness they have on different problems of the skin.It may sound like it's a huge undertaking to learn and figure out what to do but really, the hardest part of the whole thing is figuring out what kind of skin you have. Just knowing that you have sensitive skin that is prone to clogged pores is enough to start with.
