Seniors For The Last Lawn Cutting Before Winter Is It Best To Cut It Short Or Leave It Long

How to start mowing lawns for money?

Let's just say for example that I am an older potential client. ( with landscaping experience ) you knock on my door and I start asking you questions.
1. I have a kentucky bluegrass. do you know how high to cut it?
2. How often are you going to be fertilizing?
3. how much experience do you have?
4. I was wondering? how often should I be watering my lawn?
5. When should I dethatch?
6. how often should I be power raking?
7. how frequently will you be mowing?
8. are you going to make sure your mower blades are always sharp?
9. how often should clippings be left to break down in the grass or picked up?

There are other questions as well. these are just a few that may come up. I am not trying to discourage you but you need to do some more research on, soil, grass types, watering, fertilizing, care and maintenance, and how to run a business before you venture into something like this. Could you please spend at least a little bit of time educating yourself first?
here is a link for you to do some reading on. Colleges and Universities are a great place for info. good luck to you. and anyone else reading this..it's a good site to bookmark.

How long can you typically go without paying your apartment rent if you got a 3 days notice to pay the rent or get out?

I assure you that not paying your rent is one of the worst decisions that you can make. Your life will not be the same after an eviction. It can be a very traumatic experience.Every state is going to have slightly different eviction laws but here in Ohio my company has a very large rental portfolio in the Cleveland area and this is how we handle tenants who do not pay rent.Rent is due on the 1st.Rent is late on the 2nd.We call tenants 3x day from the 5th through the 10th.We put up 3 day notices on the 10th.After the 3 day notices we file for eviction. Once we file we will no longer accept rent. At this point the non paying tenant can't pay or get out of the legal ramifications of their actions. We win the court eviction and get a write to regain possession of the property. The eviction remains on your record for life. It will be incredibly hard if not impossible to find another landlord willing to rent to you.We send in the bailiffs (guns drawn) to the home. If you do not open the door they kick it in and forcibly remove any occupants living in the home.Everything that the tenant owns is placed on the curb by a moving crew. They can clear out an entire home in about 2 hours. They are not vary delicate with your possessions. Everything stays on the curb until 5pm. Scrappers and thieves usually come by and steal anything of value. At 5pm we bring a dump truck and load up everything that is left and take it to storage. After 30 days in storage we take it to the dump. After all of the above a non paying tenant can also expect the following to happen. We take you back to court and sue you for back rent, legal costs and damages. We garnish your wages until all debts are paid off.As you can gather from everything above being evicted is a terrible experience that is 100% preventable by you. Don't be stupid, pay your rent or move out of your landlord's property you are only hurting yourself if you don't.For more information on evictions take a look at the LIVE video of one of my company’s evictions below.Have more Real Estate related questions? How did cultures preserve food (particularly meat) before modern refrigeration?

Mongolia is a country with nomadic culture. Our primary food is meat, so I couldn't pass the opportunity not to write about our favorite food-meat and how to store it.Borts- dried meatBorts is typically prepared in winter. Beef or camel meat is used for drying. Meat is cut in 20–30 cm long and 4–5cm wide strips. Its hang on a rope in a shed. It takes several months for the meat to be fully dried. The dried meat can be either kept in strips or it can further be grind for storage. Even small amount of borts makes the soup more delcious. Gives nice rich flavor. The meat can be stored for at least 1 year.[1]Shuuz-summer storageUsually sheep meat is cut in small pieces and fried on a pan. Add a lot of salt. Cook until all the juices are absorbed. Leave it to cool down to room temperature. Afterwards put meat in a glass container. You have to squeeze the meat until there is no space or air left in between. Keep in a cool place. Can keep 1–2 weeks.[2]Kaz-horse meatTraditional Kazakh method is usually made from horse ribs. Take the ribs, add some salt, spices, pepper, onion etc. Keep for couple of hours for absorption. Put the ribs inside the intestines. Tie up from both sides. Smoke for 2 days. the meat is ready for storage. Before consumption boil and eat. The meat can be stored around 3 month.[3]Frozen Meats:Hyramtsag-sheep intestinesSheep intestines ,internal organs such as liver, kidney, heart are all cleaned up and inserted inside the stomach. Blood inside the intestines could be also kept together inside the stomach and frozen. Can be kept until spring. We say that the soup from the internal organs give you strength and energy in spring.[4]Frozen meatA whole sheep meat can be stored inside the stomach and frozen. Can be kept until next spring. There are also additional salting and smoking methods…Footnotes[1] Мах борцлох арга[2] ИДЭЭ УНДААНЫ ТАЙЛБАР ТОЛЬ: Мах шуузлах арга[3] MASS.mn - К.Сейтхан: Хөдөө аж ахуйн яаманд гурван удаа хандаж байж “Каз үйлдвэрлэх стандарт”-ыг батлуулж байлаа[4] Хөц будаатай хярамцагтай шөл | 1000jor.mn

How do i fatten up my horse?

This is what we do for the rescue horses that are under weight.
Corn Oil, Rice Bran, Purina Equine Senior, Beet Pulp, Alfalfa. Try and give smaller feedings where the horse can eat 24/7. If you want to try a different dewormer Panacur Power Pack is really good, but expensive 60 to 80 dollars, so if you do use it you may want to use it for the most severe horses. Make sure to work into this new food gradually of course, in case of colic. Sounds like you've had some of their teeth checked, next time the vet is out for yours or anyone elses horses just have them check for any points or ulcers in the mouth, it'll only take them a minute to glance in there, they shouldn't charge.

Alfalfa has never made any of the horses I know "hot", I actually have heard of horses doing better on it because they got colic and watery feces when on grass hay. Corn oil can be bought at a feed store but I think is more affordable at the store, you can get a big tub there usually, a cup or cap full a day is fine once you've worked it lightly into their food. Rice bran is really fattening and very affordable, they always think it's tasty. Purina Equine Senior, 20 dollars a bag but the horses love it and it's really healthy, it's nice and moist, you can find coupons online as well. Beet pulp you can buy in a huge bag, I've never met a horse that didn't like it but some don't I assume, but you can always mix it with other feeds till they eat it. You have to soak it for a day in water, when it has been soaked for a day there should be an inch of water above the top of the beat pulp, so you'll have to experiment with how much water you'll need. A horse can eat more than 4 lbs in a day if they need it once it's been gradually mixed in with his/her diet.

Hope this helps! Obviously you don't have to buy all of this, just hay and grain should work unless problems continue. If you use all of this for a while and there are no changes I'd ask the vet for more suggestions or an examination. Best of luck to you and your horses!

A 'few' questions on asthma.(probably for asmathics) In-depth answers will be appreciated, please!?

Alright:

2.How did you get asthma in the first place?
3.How bad are the chances of dying of this disease?
4.Is there any true cure for asthma?
5.How do you feel when you get these asthma 'attacks'? Upto what extent do these feelings affect your capacity to deal with the situation? How do these feelings worsen if you don't have an inhaler at hand?
6.If you're a girl, do you feel your hormonal changes and periods affecting the status of your asthma?Or does it have a passive role?
7.What sort of extra precautions are you forced to take?
8.Are attacks triggered spontaneously?
9.Are you aware to a good extent of asthma in general?
Well, to whoever answers, thank you sooooooo much for taking the trouble to do so. I'm not asmathic, just terribly, horribly curious.
