Pain inside my mouth on cheek?

Hey people, I hope you can help me out... I have this pain inside my mouth on the cheek wall slightly upper side and it really hurts... I checked it out and compared to my left cheek and it seems like I have a swelling or bulge (whatever it's called). It appeared yesterday and I can't remember biting myself or anything....Just scared if its mouth cancer>.The pain is starting to get annoying. I am just really scared

Why am I having a severe pain inside my cheek?

It can be due to multiple reasons like inflammation, infection, sores. The ideal step is examination by a ENT surgeon or dentist.

What might be the reason why some women feel severe pain inside their vagina during sex?

There are many reasons why women might develop pain during sex. The best thing you can do is to visit your doctor to rule out any medical conditions.I work with women who have Lichen Sclerosus and painful sex is the main reason many of them seek help. Some women who have medical issues relating to their vagina develop a condition called vaginismus which is essentially a knee jerk reaction where you unknowingly contract your vaginal muscles in anticipation of penetration (ie pain). This can definitely cause pain inside the vagina during sex. This can make sex very uncomfortable, and sometimes impossible, for both parties involved. The solution to this is dilation and sex therapy. I hope this helped.

Severe ear pain, what's wrong?

Oh Honey!! I'm so sorry you're going through this!

I used to have reoccurring ear infections until my tonsils were taken out. Now I get ear infections about once 1-2 years but they are always severe. I used to just sit and rock back and forth crying but now...this is what I do...(after I call to make an appt with a doctor but you've kind of already covered that although you need to call them again)...Anyways..

What I do is this: (It really does help if you do all of these things repeatedly...)

1) Get a wash cloth and drench it in really warm water (not scolding hot..make sure it isn't going to burn you but you don't want it cool either)
2) Sit down and tilt your head to the side. Make sure the ear that is hurting is facing the floor (This way if there is drainage it will flow out and the water from the wash cloth isn't dripping into your ear)
3) Gently press the wash cloth over your ear and hold it there. The moment you feel it getting cool, drench it in warm water again. Repeat this process for about ten minutes. (Warning: If you press too hard you might make your ear pop when you remove the cloth so be gentle because we both know how painful it can be when your ear pops and it's infected!!)
4) Take some Advil or Tylenol if the pain does not go down at all.

Things to remember:

1) Try NOT to get water in your ears while taking showers
2) Using Q-tips can cause damage to your ear-drum so don't put it past the entrance even though it's tempting (I know!)
3) Maybe try talking to your doctor about having tubes in your ears if the problem seems to be drainage. I had them put in when I was 2 and they fell out so I'm probably going to have them put back in my ears because of my chronic sinusitis.

Ear Infections - When To Call a Doctor

Call your health professional immediately if:

* Your child has a severe injury to the ear.
* Your child has sudden hearing loss, severe pain, drainage from the ear, or dizziness.
* Your child seems to be very sick with symptoms such as a high fever and stiff neck.
* You notice redness, swelling, or pain behind or around your child's ear, especially if your child does not move the muscles on that side of his or her face.

Sharp, severe, excruciating lower abdominal pain?

Since you helped me out, I'll help you out. =D

It's truly impossible for anyone to give you a definite answer on yahoo answers. I have my Wilderness First Responder license as you might like to call it, and I would assume it's one of three things. Your appendix could be about to rupture or maybe even ruptured.. It could be a swelling ovarian cyst or maybe possibly even a ruptured ovarian cyst. Since you are a younger women, and ovarian cysts are more common in women in their child-bearing years, it's unlikely. Plus you've only named one symptom (pain in the lower abdomen). Other systems include breast tenderness, weight gain, and increase hair growth overall, just to name three. Again, It could be a swelling/ruptured ovarian cyst, but I obviously cannot evaluate on yahoo answers.

The last thing I can immedietly think about is a fractured rip cage. Is their pain when you breath? Is their pain when you lay down and your chest shrinks down? Is their pain to the touch? Are the pains sudden or is it a consistent pain? Or it is a consistent pain with sharper pains when you breath? Does the pain almost feel like a volt of electricity shocking/charging through you? These are all questions you have to ask yourself.

If it is any of these things, you're going to require proper medical care immedietly. I understand you don't want to go to the doctors because it might seem like you are only seeking attention but you said the last two times, you did have something wrong with you. If you're appendix did rupture, you need medical care. If you do have a swelling/ruptured ovarian disk, you need medical care. If you fractured your rib cage, YOU NEED MEDICAL CARE. It's quite simple, really.

If I had to truly guess, I would assume it's a fractured rib cage or a ruptured appendix. Both require immediate hospitilization and if left untreated can lead to lung erruption, paralyzation, permanent shortness of breath, clammy skin, and possibly even death.

So please, seek medical care as soon as possible.

My girlfriend is having a severe pepperish pain inside her vagina that makes her urinate a lot. What medication should she take to make this stop?

It sounds like urinal tract infection. She should go to the doctor and get some antibiotics. Cranberry Juice and parsley tea can be of help, but it's better to have a doctor's opinion.

I'm getting sharp pains inside my vagina?

Inside my vagina I am getting knife like pains similar to the ones people will get in their stomach or if you're like me in your head as well. The pain only takes place there and the only other problem i'm having is pain during sex. I don't know what to do and i'm really nervous that this could be something very serious. Does anyone know what this could be?

Sharp Pain During Sex?

Is it possible that he could be hitting your cervix? This happens to me a lot and is really painful, especially when me and my bf first start having sex. He'll go in really deep and hit my cervix and it hurts a lot, but I tell him that and he goes slower until after we've been having sex for a few minutes and then I don't really notice it anymore.

However, you should definitely make an appt. Better safe than sorry!
