Why do I feel weak and shaky after waking up?

My tailbone hurts really bad and I'm shaking?

While I was at school today, my tailbone started to hurt really bad. I don't even know why because I didn't even do anything, it just happened.
Anyway, as I got home, it continued to hurt even more. And now my body is shaking from the pain. Is there anything I can do to make it better? I took a long hot shower, thinking it would help but that only lasted for 3 minutes and the pain was back. Does anyone have any recommendations? like what position to sit/lay in etc.

Our body temperatures drop as we fall asleep, so try not to use fans or air conditioning at a high level when sleeping. Dont drink too much water before sleeping, if u want to avoid a full bladder. i'd take it in for a front end check, have it lifted up. they don't lift it when aligning. see iffin there's any issues with rod ends, ball joints, or remote possibility of a wheel bearing issue. though a wheel bearing vibration issue at that speed would more than likely squeal at low speeds.
with it in the air, the front end is more or less in a relaxed condition. things can be assessed more accurately when it's up and the suspension is relaxed.

this could be a matter of a little slop in a few areas. culminating in a fair amount of slop in the front end.
