Shapeshifter Torturing Me In My Dreams Details May Be Graphic

Very disturbing dream: babies, death, & torture.?

A dream from a few nights ago is currently upsetting me. It started with myself and a room mate living in a dorm type situation. Suddenly I was pregnant and shortly after gave birth to a baby girl. Then I was still living in the room and a good friend of mine engineered a situation. This situation entailed him letting in a group of men who proceeded to torture me and keep me from my baby that they had locked in a drawer. After this I was pregnant again with another baby who was born prematurely. The abusive men locked this baby in a drawer too. The entire time I was trying to fight them to get away and get my babies but there were too many of them and they would torture me more for trying to get away. Eventually I got to leave the room and pretend I was in a relationship with one of the men so that they could move me somewhere else. But they left my babies in the drawers. Eventually I got away and went back to the room and found the two babies dead.

The dream is really disturbing me and I had previously heard that when one dreams of birth it means death and vice versa, but the babies in the dream died, so now I'm confused. Also the abuse and torture aspects of the dream are disturbing me. What could it mean?

If it's of any significance I had watched the film Gone Baby Gone in the afternoon and fell asleep watching John & Kate Plus 8.

Any thoughts?

Why are my dreams torturing me?

Heh kinda sounds like my subject. i've got asked human beings if I belong in a psychological well-being facility because of the fact i like torture and the only individual to declare particular became my dad. persons say it is common or it fairly is strange yet i do no longer choose help. I even have some friends that believe me and prefer torture. have faith me, the subconscious innovations thinks issues besides the undeniable fact that it will bypass at last. Oh additionally whilst i became youthful, i became made relaxing of that would relate to this yet I exceptionally doubt it. probable something you observed or examine became thrilling on your innovations even nevertheless you your self did no longer discover it thrilling. i'm hoping this enables. And pay attention, all of us have our very own hobbies.

Graphic, Violent dreams... why do i get them??!?

They're quite upsetting to be honest. And i've no idea how i could have such things in my head....

Very gorey... and no, i don't get them often... say once every few weeks, couple of months even i get an odd, all of a sudden disturbing dream.
I'm there, watching...
My last one, a group of people torturing each other, their blood pouring everywhere, people screaming...
I've had some where it's just people cutting each other up (you can see everything, it's gross)... or i'm just watching, maybe one person being stabbed a number of times....

They're horrible, and i've had nothing to influence them... i don't watch any kind of horror films, or have seen anything like this in real-life or on TV.

Even when i was a kid, say 4, 5 years old i'd dream graphicly violent dreams.... people lying in pools of blood, dicapitated bloody heads..etc
Where is it coming from!????

Why am i dreaming such things?!!
Even though it's rare, and normally i dream nice things... it scares the hell out of me.

Well, I'm not a doc, but I'd say to take a good, objective look at your life and see if there's an area that you feel bullied, threatened and/or harassed or helpless - do you have a supervisor or fellow employee where you work that picks on you? Does your significant other abuse you - emotionally, verbally, phys.? Does a family member or anyone that you see regularly make you feel insignificant or victimized? Are you very hard on yourself?I think many of our dreams are that 85+% of our brain that we don't use consciusly trying to help us work something out, something we can't, won't or just don't wanna admit to or face.Try doing a dream journal and write down as many details as you can remember every time you have a dream - any dream, good, bad, any dream. After 2-4 weeks - or whenever you want, just more than a few days - read through and see if you can recognize anything happening in your life that parallels the dreams. Check out a dream interpretation book, there are lots of great ones. Let me know if you'd like a recommendation.Be good to yourself. Remember that you're special and important and like Eleanor Roosevelt said“no one can make you feel inferior without your consent.”My best wishes to you.

What would a dream about my mom trying to kill me mean?

You must look at this dream. You cannot turn away from this dream, nor can you say this dream somehow represents the current media because it is your mother in the dream, not a stranger or someone else you know on a more superficial level.

Most of our dreams come from our subconscious mind. While our conscious mind can stay in denial of things, our subconscious mind gives us the truth. You may be pretty close, but you have trust issues here with your mom. "Being shot" can symbolize criticism or other negative verbal messages that you are receiving. Taking the gun from her would indicate that at this point in your life, you are ready to stop the issue between you and take control. The whole message in the dream is summed up by your statement "I was really sad that she turned out not to be the caring person I had always thought she was." This speaks to expectations of her that she is not capable of meeting.

Perhaps you are no longer willing to live in a illusion of who and what your mother is; you are ready to see her for who she is, and perhaps she doesn't always have your best interests at heart.

You call the cops, you don't want to, but you do. That tells me you are willing to stand up for yourself and do what is right and recognize the truth. There is nothing about guilt in this dream whatsoever. You have no reason to feel guilty. You see the truth.

You’ve waited long enough for me to answer, I have issues… but here we are now, Cheryl.Without knowing further details (sometimes a detail like, “my friend grew up on a ranch and shot a rattlesnake” adds more color to the dream), Rattlesnakes are known in our subconscious. We’ve seen scary images on tv or wherever. We know they are poisonous, and they shake their rattle to warn off potential predators. All snakes symbolize wisdom and healing. All. But to survive, they need to use their physical capabilities - the rattle, their fangs, their agility (the way they move without legs, hands, wings), and their venom.Taking a page from a deck of Tarot cards called, “Shapeshifter,” the rattlesnake is here to wake us up. Pay attention. Claim your power to survive - and thrive!Snakes “feel” heat through their tongues. That’s how they find their food. We “feel” others’ emotions and body language through our intuition. We feel their disapproval - or approval. A snake has its own power. We do, too, but we don’t know it or have been taught to hide it.So my first, and most important, interpretation is that you are “killing off” some part of yourself that doesn’t want to see the truth/reality, or doesn’t know your inner power (and outer power in the world). Your “venom” is your healing medicine, as scientists are starting to find out. Perhaps you do not speak about something that is really important to you; perhaps you’ve been wronged, but afraid to speak up. Afraid to do or say what you MUST - as when a rattlesnake bites, whether to eat or to protect itself. The part you are killing off might be a memory of when someone sneaked up on you, literally or not, and could have “killed” some part of you… your self-love, your amazing healing abilities, your trust in those whom you relied upon for strength and power; perhaps your own strong words that people didn’t want to hear. Guess what? You still have all those amazing qualities, and that’s why the dream came up, to remind you of that.Thank you so much for asking. All is well. Blessed Be.

Dreams are usually visual metaphors that your sleeping brain cooks up for an emotion you have been feeling the previous day or days. The mind is not squeamish about using really graphic pictures! I have heard of people dreaming about chopping off their own fingers and other body parts. Dreams are not premonitions in the supernatural sense, but a dream could tell you what you’re worrying about by giving you a visual exaggeration - usually in a really odd and unrealistic way.Your particular dream could mean that something has happened to you recently that really devastated you emotionally or even physically. Or that you are feeling vulnerable and you’re anticipating or fearing a big negative event (a blow to the guts) in the future. Your mind is creating a visual image for a feeling or a fear.Sometimes, as I mentioned above, when people are feeling helpless or incapacitated, they might dream that they chopped off their own fingers or hands (if they feel they are sabotaging themselves) or by someone else (if they feel someone else is standing in their way).I once dreamed that I was vacuuming the house, but when I looked down I saw that the vacuum hose was attached into my stomach, and all the dirt and dust was going into me. My interpretation was that I was feeling overwhelmed with responsibility at the time, dealing with other people’s problems. My mind made up that particular visualization.Sometimes the mind just makes up random rambling scenarios with varying complexity, with no discernible meaning.Isn’t the mind a wonderful thing?

Dreams are idiopathic. I'd want to know when your mother died, what your relationship was like with her, is the anniversary of her desth approaching or just pass, what happens during the dream, what were the circumstances of her passing, and so on. Dreams are best interpreted along with the patient, to explore things things such as those above. Especially think about what happened the day prior to the dream, does your mothet represent herself or is she synbolic of someone or something else. Is she symbolic of motherhood, nurturance, an abortion, or someone else one may be close to but angry at, etc. Try to keep a journal of your dreams, write them down as soon @ as possible after waking. Dreams are often an attempt by the subconscious to work out issues or conflicts. Tracking your dream and thinking about what happened the previous day that could have bern a trigger for the dream and more longterm issues often helps reveal the meaning(s) of the dream. Often dreams can be layered, representing multiple rather than single things. Good luck.
