34w pregnant, diaper bag search?

I usually throw a diaper clutch in the bag with a few diapers and wipes in it. example of a diaper clutch: http://www.southernmamas.com/wp-content/... it doesn't fit too much, but when I'm going to the mall or the grocery store or whatever, I just have the clutch in my bag for emergencies. if I need anything else, I have a big lands end tote bag in my car with blankets, shoes, outfits, burp cloths, more diapers, etc. I don't like carrying the big bag around with me everywhere, so I find the diaper clutch really helps to just hold the necessities in my big purse and if I need anything more, I can just go out in the car and get it. my ll bean tote [sort of] -- http://www.llbean.com/webapp/wcs/stores/...

If your kid is anything like my firstborn was, you're gonna need several. You never know when something's gonna go awry, whether it's a hellpoop, spit-up, epic mud puddle leap, etc. I have been caught off-guard by this more times than I care to admit.spare binkies if your child is a binky kidtissuesone or two small toys. What is the Best Designer Diaper Bag?
I've had three kids and used a Vera Bradley diaper bag with all of them. My dad had their name put on each one to personalize it. They have a lot of room and hold up great. My daughter is two and hers looks brand new. They come with a matching changing pad and have several pockets on the outside as well as the inside. They are machine washable and very stylish, as is most of the Vera Bradley line. Just go to their website, I think it is www.verabradley.com, and you can check out all the different patterns.
For the love of God, please, make some diaper bags that dads can carry without looking stupid.I need a diaper bag that can hold everything we need when we’re on the go. That means diapers, wipes, disposal bags, a change of clothes or two, bottles, formula, and a couple of toys.What I don’t need is every option in the store being plastered with pink floral prints and shaped like a purse!My wife and I looked long and hard through a few baby-related retailers before we found a grey, backpack-style diaper bag for our older son. For our younger, we were gifted a light blue Snoopy-print bag that’s a bit smaller but still works quite nicely. My sister took another tactic, repurposing an old Timbuk2 messenger bag that I’d given her - black on black with a yellow logo, so it looks just fine on her husband.In each of these cases, though, I think it’s a little ridiculous that we had to look so long to find a bag that either my wife or I could carry in public without looking ridiculous. Parenting is a two-way street, and an easy way to keep dads involved is to find ways for us to look like we belong in the role. It’s the same reasoning that gets me annoyed when someone asks me if I’m “babysitting” when I’m watching our boys. I’m not - I’m parenting! And I’m going to get fewer of those questions if I look like I’ve got a handle on things instead of looking like I was shoved out the door with the kids and some supplies for a few hours./rant
What diaper bag do you like best?
I love our diaper dude bag. We get a lot of compliments on it for it's practical uses, many pockets, clips, compartments, and diaper changing pad. It is a little small if you're trying to fit winter jackets in it, but otherwise it's great. It's also really comfortable. We got the blue one (not so manly as the others;-). But the real treasure is the way we found it. We were totally overwhelmed trying to wade through what to buy for the baby and how to know which was better than the other. This was our savior: buzzillions.com. It offers helpful customer reviews in almost every baby product you can imagine, and it will even show you the "top ten" of a particular product (i.e. diaper bags) to compare with the one you're looking at. We used it religiously to screen all of our gear before we finalized our baby registry, and I'm telling you, we've gotten great stuff. And we know it too, because we read some of the horror stories about the bad baby gear on buzzillions too. Sorry, this might be more than you were asking for, but I thought I would share just in case you're as confused as I was.
