Should A 16 Year Old Workout Twice A Day And Follow This Routine

I'm a 13 year old girl. I wanted to boost up my skincare routine, but it seemed to make my skin worse. Should I go back to facewipes and moisturizer?

Oh come on girl . You are just 13 and when I was your age I didn't even know what skincare routine was. Your skin is making changes due to puberty it release more sebum from sebaceous glands due to unbalanced harmones and that's normal. I'm 17 now just started a new routine two months ago that didn't workout for me and I started thinking about cavem regimen . Started using a week ago I feel better than pouring those chemicals on my face.Cavemen regimen is simple as a pie or maybe more simplerStop using everything you have and start using only water to wash your faceWith water you are not stripping off the natural oils on your face which naturally moisturize your face. Wash your face with water three times a day for the first week and then continue to two times a day and if you are feeling dust and dirt on your face clean it with your wipes or else use a mild soap. You might have problem in the first week as your skin is not used to only water on face just continue doing that .Another point to be noted drink a gallon of water every day and trust me your skin will glow inside out this is because water reduces the power of insulin in our body which plays major role in releasing sebum . Sebum production will reduce gradually to normal and if you are intrested in doing more use rose water for toning and aloe Vera gel for moisturizer and if you get a pimple put some Tea tree oil on it and leave it overnight.feel free to ask any question and remember using anything doesn't give you results in a day , your skin should get used to it for atleast two weeks even its water or your face cleanser.And one more thing i used cetaphil cleanser in the past it made my skin dry and rashy I have combination skin by the way.

You are right, you are overweight by 10-12 kg.The first and most important thing to do is to start eating clean: no sugar, no white flour. Try to reduce as much as possible all kinds of carbohydrates (rice, potato, starchy vegetables while losing weight). Increase the consumption of veggies, specially green leafy ones.Eat enough protein to make you full and build muscle (meat, chicken, fish, eggs).Your portions should be moderate.
