Should Americans Boycott Burger King

Ramadan: Is Burger King, KFC, McDonalds halal?

Any kind of meat from Burger King, KFC, and McDonalds all have haram meat because of Zabiha. Zabiha is when you slaughter the animal and you have to be muslim and you have to say, in the name of allah, and slaughter it. These companies don't do this. But there is a HALAL KFC:]

Many muslims still eat from there because of many reasons. Heres two: they can't restrain themselves, or they don't KNOW it's haram.

I am writing a argument essay should people boycott fast food chains in other countries?

Starting in america

As a vegan or vegetarian, would you want to eat Burger King’s Impossible Burger?

Yes, I would eat it. I have already consumed ten beyond burgers from Carl's junior since January (no cheese, no mayo). The convenience of vegan fast food can make life much easier.I just wish I could get fast food vegan samosas from an Indian fast food restaurant.I hope that an India Express would open up. That is a large hole in the current fast food marketplace.I do not boycott restaurants because they are not all vegan. I do however boycott restaurants that have sabotaged my vegan food.I know that omnivores will order the vegan option if it is on the menu. This is why I believe every fast food restaurant, should carry a vegan meal option. A salad that has to be altered to be edible at a restaurant is insulting.

Which brands do you boycott and why?

No.I'm not a little bitch.I'm a Conservative. Conservatives and Republicans tell me I should be boycotting Target, Starbucks, the NFL, Eminem, CNN, and pretty much anything else that offends them, some have insisted that I need to boycott Wal-Mart.Liberals… well, they have a long list of places to boycott…I actually fairly like Target. I rarely go there because there's not one near me, but it's a pretty cool store. Starbucks? I prefer to support local coffee shops, but I've had Starbucks before. We don't have one out here, so it's not really a place I go to. But omg - their banana bread. I don't watch football, but hey, if there's free food involved, I'll be there. I don't specifically care for Eminem because I'm not a huge fan of rap, but he has a few songs I'll definitely jam out to. CNN? Well, I don't have cable and I don't really watch TV. I like the TV show Ray Donovan and that's about it. CNN, Fox News, etc - they are all bias and corrupt in the end. Screw the media.Oh and Wal-Mart? Who in the Sam Hell boycotts Wal-Mart?So no, I don't boycott anyone.

Is it more Christian to patronize Arbys than BurgerKing because Jesus is King?

also if you have no opinion, do you think Arby's would more popular if they had a creepy mascot like BurgerKing?

also also did you know that you can Like Arby's on Facebook and get a $1 off coupon for a Angus 3 Cheese and Bacon sandwich but it expires today?

Would you boycott mcdonald and other fast food chains?

also some workers have poor English and fail to follow instructions. i once told from drive through that i want no cheese and no mayo on burger. at home i discovered it had cheese and mayo.

As Canadian consumers, would it be in our best interest if we all just boycotted American goods?

As satisfying as it might be in the short term, it wouldn’t work.If Canada stopped buying from the US entirely, at some point they’d stop buying from Canada. The US currently buys more from Canada than Canada buys from the US."Canada is currently our 2nd largest goods trading partner with $544.0 billion in total (two-way) goods trade during 2016. Goods exports totalled $266.0 billion; goods imports totalled $278.1 billion. The U.S. goods trade deficit with Canada was$12.1 billion in 2016."U.S. claims on trade deficit with Canada inflated by misleading numbers | CBC NewsThis is just in dollar terms, but since Canada has a far smaller economy, lost revenue as a percentage of the overall economy would be far greater for Canada than for the US.Overall, the Canadian economy would lose out to a worse extent.

Why is it socially acceptable for Burger King to have gay pride wrappers on its burgers, but not acceptable for Chick-fil-A to be an openly Christian business?

Because the prevailing world view of intellectuals in the Anglo world is very far from being tolerant, the talk about the need for tolerance not withstanding. The owners of chick-Fil-a have a sincerely held view of the nature of marriage that also happens to be the view held throughout human history over many thousands of years, and continues to be the view held in many countries today.   It is hateful to suggest their desire is to restrict the civil rights of gays, because that isn't their own conceptualisation of the reasons for holding their views, and there are respectable philosophical arguments for the idea that marriage is by its nature between a man and a woman.  The fact that few people here will agree about this simply demonstrates Haidt's finding that whilst conservatives understand and can articulate liberal arguments, liberals cannot articulate the conservative position. The whole question of gay marriage is of course an utter irrelevance affecting rather few individuals on the one hand, and on the other hand being ranking as roughly issue number 497 on pressing matters on the thoughtful conservative agenda. So I see the heat over this as a reflection in the decline in calibre of public intellectuals, of journalists, and of civility.   You may not agree with your opponent, but if you are part of the same nation, it doesn't do any good to be so harsh - much better to see what in their argument might be well intentioned even if you suspect it is not.  Beyond being unhelpful in governing a nation, this intolerance for difference in perspective is just plain wrong.

Why do we call a hamburger a"ham" burger, when clearly there is no pork in the meat? Why don't we call them

They came from Hamburg, Germany. The term 'salisbury steak' came during WWII because americans boycotted all things German.
