In examinations, the foolish ask questions the wise cannot answer?
Very simply, it is that nobody knows absolutely everything, and the fact that you may not be able to answer something neither makes you stupid nor the person who asks the question clever (or even cleverer than you). One example of a question that is near impossible for anyone to answer is "Why is the sky?"

I think that you need to answer that for yourself. George Mallory, in the 1920s, said about climbing the Big E, "...if you cannot understand that there is something in man which responds to the challenge of this mountain and goes out to meet it, that the struggle is the struggle of life itself upward and forever upward, then you won't see why we go. What we get from this adventure is just sheer joy. And joy is, after all the end of life. We do not live to eat and make money. We eat and make money to be able to enjoy life. The verses read: Let fornication and uncleanness of every sort or greediness not even be mentioned among YOU, just as it befits holy people; 4 neither shameful conduct nor foolish talking nor obscene jesting, things which are not becoming, but rather the giving of thanks. 5 For YOU know this, recognizing it for yourselves, that no fornicator or unclean person or greedy person—which means being an idolater—has any inheritance in the kingdom of the Christ and of God. This context indicates that among other things which are a waste of time, talk that would encourage greed (materialism), uncleanness (physically and morally), and fornication, would define foolish talking. It is foolish because only a "fool" would dwell on things that not only God abhors but would barr them from a relationship with the Creator.
