Should I Apologise To Literary Agent

How should you use "reiterate" in a sentence?

Reiterate means - “say something again or a number of times, typically for emphasis or clarity”. Basically it means repeat or say again.Reiterate Sentence Examples -I've said this before, but I feel a need to reiterate.I'd like to reiterate the apology I made earlier.Prime Minister Narendra Modi today reiterated India’s commitment to fight terrorism. One thing my mom always tried to reiterate with me is, if you go out and work hard and do things the right way and put your full effort in, you'll achieve what you want.Hope this helps.

What are some literary techniques used by writers to make seemingly silly ideas sound credible?

Going with what many others here stated already, you just have to write it as it is as if it were the most real and true thing in the world. Why? Because, in your story it IS real and true. As the writer,  you decide the premise of the story. Once you set that premise, readers  will go right along with it.I notice quite often that the one thing that bothers me in TV shows, movies, books, etc. is when something doesn't match the premise. I will watch a show about a talking sponge who goes to underwater beaches, almost drowns in said beach water sometimes, takes rocket trips to the moon with his genius squirrel friend who lives in an air dome under the sea, and works for a crab whose daughter is a whale, all without doubting any of it or minding any of the absurdity because that is the premise that I have come to expect. My favorite novel is about a man who never grows old or looks any different because he has a magical portrait of himself that gets older and changes instead, but I never find it silly or doubt it to be true.Heck, one of the most interesting movies I've ever seen was about a portal that you could go into and be John Malkovich for half an hour before going back to being yourself. Doesn't get much stranger than that, but I didn't really think it strange while watching the movie. But if something has a realistic premise and something unrealistic happens, I get annoyed and think it's silly. That's the difference. If you make the premise very clear and stick with it, nothing is silly. In fact, I think people like premises that are unrealistic because it takes them into entirely new worlds. You just have to whole heartedly go for it.

Does President Obama owe an apology to the so-called "birthers"?

No, of course not. That’s just silly.Birthers never even heard of that Acton & Dystel brochure until Breitbart blew the dust off of it in 2012. It was a very obscure publication intended for distribution within the publishing industry. There’s no indications Obama ever even saw it before then himself.

Was Veer Savarkar a traitor?

Both Savarkar and Jinnah are two sides of the same coin. The attempt to whitewash Savarkar's legacy of bigotry and violence by many is both sad and comical. The man artificially created 'semitic Hindutva' & coined the slogan "Hinduise politics, militarise Hinduism", poisoned Indian politics. The first terrorist of Independent India, Godse, was Savarkar's bhakt and a product of his ideology. The attempt to whitewash his ideology by arguing that he was open to modern technology would be hilarious if it were not so cynical. He repeatedly apologised to the British and turned his venom on other fellow Indians, much to the delight of our colonisers. The communists made a deal with the British from 1941-1945 due to World war 2 but Savarkar's deal was bigger than that.Jinnah was a Scotch-drinking, pipe-smoking atheist. But his (and others') communal politics tore India apart & caused horrific killings. The poison that Savarkar injected into our politics is what is in question, not his lack of superstition, or his openness to technology. We are still living with the venom that Jinnah, Savarkar & their respective cohorts inserted into our society for their political aims. Savarkar in 1937:"We, Hindus, are a nation by ourselves and it is a historical fact that Hindus and Muslims are two nations.”On Muslims:"They have been learning the lessons of savage religiosity& intolerant cruelty from the very inception of their religion" Caste origins:'All that the caste system has done is to regulate its noble blood on lines believed - on the whole rightly believed..'

I was in an argument with my mother, (as usual) and she lost control of her anger and hit me. What should I do now?

This is a problem which occurs very often. And you should take it in a very casual way.Sometimes the problem which we dont consider a bigger one proves heavy for the other, it might be a big one for Him/Her. In case of your mother you should be calm and make her understand that the outrageous anger she just broke will going to affect her badly and is not good for her mental and physical health in a very pleasing and polite Manner. You should conclude your Talk stating that You are really sorry for the happening and will take care of it in future.
