I don't really know what you mean but if you are talking about the overall game including the game engine used, the lines might possibly be running into millions. Considering that the game engine alone RAGE was built over a period of five years, so imagine about 1000 programmers working over a period of six years. Yeah it definitely runs into millions.

GTA V online: friends can't drive my cars?
So I bought the $205,000 condo with the 10 car garage and I have like 6 elegy's to make the garage look nice but my friends are not able to get in my cars? WHY??! I set the vehicle access to everyone and they can't use the elegy's or my personal car??!! HELP!
What just happened, while i was playing SAN ANDREAS ?
When you were in San Fiero Cesar found out about how drugs were being transfered to Los Santos by Big Smokes crew. On certain days Ceasar calls CJ to tell when the Money or Yay are being transported. If you decline to chase after/intercept the transport you get the "0" money message. If you accept the chase and the currier gets past CJ then you "0" money earned/mission failed" appears. While you were on your killing spree you accepted the call and accepted the mission. Of course you didn't persue the bad guys and failed. Nothing to worry about. You can make more money offing the local drug dealers ($2,000) than intercepting the transfer (also $2,000 with a lot of work).
