Should I put someone else's car in my name?
Just don't do it!!! If your relative went out and killed someone while driving, you could be legally responsible since you would be the "owner" of the vehicle despite who was operating the vehicle. My tip, never put a vehicle in your name and allow someone else to drive it. Its a big red flag that your relative would even want to put their existing vehicle in your name.
Can someone rent an apartment for someone else?
Well, he could but the problem arises that you are the one that is going to be living there and it would be his name on the lease. Have him look at apartments for you and if he finds one that would fit your needs he could put a deposit down on it for you until you get there to sign the lease. This would hold the apartment until you arrive and you would be the legal border when you move in. A lot of apartment complexes will probably work via fax too. They fax you the lease, you sign and send back. I did this with the first apartment I rented. Good luck.

Dear C: Email your friend/manager an authorization or text her/manager. You can then have the W2 faxed/scanned back to you and it can be done in a day. Not illegal. Would you change yourself for someone else?
No & Yes!Why? Why would you change yourself for another person? I would never change for a person if that change is what is asked by some form of trade or exchange in a relationship. Relationships do not work on models of business and transaction. The one's like- ‘if you want me, or if you want me to do something, you have to change this thing about you/ or leave something, or start doing something.’ This form of leverage using/blackmailing trading in a relationship if occur, that relationship should be buried deep down the earth surface before its toxicity completely destroys and embitters you irreversibly.But, if a special/caring or a reliable person says that this is something new you should adopt in your life- whether it is a new good habit, or any bad or disadvantageous habit which ought be abandoned, I will definitely consider it with serious thought process to incorporate in my life.So, in nutshell, Don't change for someone else. Because that someone might change, or/& another someone might come into picture, you cannot keep changing and hopping from one type to another.It is you who has to decide, consciously, as to what kind of a person you want to be! And, What kind of lifestyle you choose for yourself in accordance to your ambitions/targets and other important life factors.
