I am aware of the 2 system limit for activating ps3 systems with one account. just to test something, i deactivated the system for a few minutes but when i went back to reactivate it, i got that error. i made sure there was only 1 other system with the account. after some research i found that people get it when the account reaches the limit of activations or when they try to reactivate a system shortly after deactivating it but i never found a real solution or even a reason why this happens. is there anything i can do about this?

How to turn off 3D in Call of Duty: Black ops for ps3?
Well, I play Black Ops on the ps3 on a Sony 3D Tv. The 3D is great and all, but it gets annoying at times. I figured out how to turn of the 3D once in game in the options menu, but the game makes me do it every time I start up the game, which gets annoying and leads to another problem. When I hook up my ps3 to a non-3D tv it works just fine, the problem is that once I start up Black ops, it can't detect the 3D signal, and doesn't start up. This is a problem because I then can't turn off the 3d in the options menu because the game doesn't start so I can't get to the options menu. SO, is there anyway to make it so turned off 3D is the default setting so I can play on my other TV?

You can't delete your Playstation Network account. However, what you CAN do is to delete the user on your PS3. Which doesn't delete your PSN account, but just deletes it from the PS3. The best thing to do is to e-mail Sony on why/how you were banned, or make a new account.
