What workout do I do the day after a full body workout?
I don’t know anything about you and how you train.Suppose you train as I do. I lift weights Powerlifting style for Strength training and I lift Olympic-Style weightlifting for Power development and mobility.The days I am not lifting weights, I walk a lot and stay active. Occasionally I sprint and or flip an old tractor tire in my backyard.I focus on nutrition and recovery and look forward to be rested for the next session of garage training.Thank you
