Should I Eat Some Ice Cream

Should i eat a pint of ice cream?

So, I'm really craving ice cream tonight. But, I'm afraid to go to the store and buy some because I've been doing really well, in terms of weight loss. It's been 10 weeks and I've lost 27 pounds. I'm still not at my goal weight and still want to lose a lot more. I had a pint of ice cream almost two weeks ago, so I don't think it would be very good to have it again, tonight. Also, on friday, I ordered take out. But, I exercise a lot, 7 days a week, and lost 3.8 pounds last week. I've been eating about 1300 calories a day, and I've already had about 1200 today. I'm getting weighed in next Tuesday, at Weight Watchers, so I'm afraid that I won't lose as much weight as usual if I have this pint tonight. I also don't want to get discouraged, and I'm afraid that will happen if I have the pint of ice cream. I guess I'm asking for people to talk me out of doing this because I know it's not a good idea. What do you think I should do? thanks!

Should you eat ice cream after a meal?

No,you should not eat ice cream after meal as the sugars present in ice creams don’t get digested properly after a meal and results in belly fat deposition. It is also not suggested as it increases your blood sugar as you consume more refined carbohydrate. A pint of ice cream can provide you about extra 1000 kcal and if you continue to have on regular basis it is detrimental to your physical and mental health( your consumption should also be limited as it can lead to a type addiction too).If taken occasionally it can help you lifting your mood and has calcium, magnesium etc important for your body. In addition to that it can improve fertility in human females..Hope this helps you.Upvote if you liked my answer…….

Do lions like to eat ice cream?

A lion in a forest?

Anyway, a lion would probably like ice cream, my cat likes it, probably because of the dairy factor. Just avoid chocolate.

Should I eat ice cream right now?

there is never a bad time to eat ice cream. not loosing calories when you sleep is a myth. your metabolism still works while you sleep.

What's the best time to eat ice cream?

I have yet to meet anyone who doesn't love to eat ice cream (besides my brother, who's clearly lying to himself). Unfortunately, many of even the most enthusiastic ice cream aficionados believe the myth that you should only eat ice cream in the summer. Those people are missing out big time. Of course I like cooling down with a cone of soft serve, cookie dough, or coffee Oreo (my personal favorite) on a hot summer's day. Honestly, I probably enjoy it even more than the average person. But I also firmly believe that winter is a great time to eat ice cream, maybe even the best time. Here's why:1. Because there are no lines at the ice cream shop.No lines mean less time between when you decide to get ice cream and when you actually get to eat ice cream.2. Because the grocery store has great sales on ice cream. The only thing better than a pint of Ben and Jerry's is two pints of Ben and Jerry's, for the price of one.3. Because you can take your ice cream to go without worrying about it melting on the road.Winter means you get to eat ice cream without the stress of having to lick your melting ice cream before it starts dripping everywhere. Take your time, savor your ice cream. (Similarly: the world is your freezer. Don't have space for a carton of ice cream? Just leave it outside until you're ready to eat it.)4. Because winter is the time for seasonal flavors like candy cane, eggnog, and other delicious limited-time-only delights.Candy canes are awkward, sticky and better as a decoration than an actual food. Candy cane ice cream, on the other hand, is sweet, creamy, and absolutely amazing to eat.5. Because nothing soothes a sore throat like ice cream.Colds and sore throats are as much a part of winter as skating and skiing. While you could stick to cough drops, wouldn't you much rather soothe your raw throat with some cool, smooth ice cream?6. Because more traditional winter desserts (think warm brownies and pies) aren't complete without a scoop ice cream on top.Apple pie? Good. Apple pie à la mode? Even better.7. Because there's no better way to pay tribute to a true American hero and icon, Joe Biden, as he leaves the White House this winter. Many Americans, myself included, love Joe Biden. Joe Biden loves ice cream. So raise a cone (or a pint) to honor this American treasure and the eight amazing years he spent as Vice President of the United States, brother to Barack Obama, and self-proclaimed "ice cream guy."

Eating ice cream before dinner?

Sure- I've done it plenty of times. Just put some in a dish so you won't over indulge. If I eat out of the carton, I'll keep going and going. You could have some ice cream now and then have some more after dinner!

Is it healthy to eat icecream before bed?

Since you have not specified if you are talking about home made ice cream or commercially available market products , I am assuming that you are referring to market ice creams as this is more common , easy and widely consumed. Preparing one at home is a time consuming process requiring overnight patience which every one of lacks in this 4G world. So if the temptation to eat an ice cream arises , it has to be quenched then and there by market ice creams , who will wait overnight for that?As a generic rule of thumb any food item that is processed and preserved has is extremely unhealthy and ice cream is no exception.Consider the added sugar (or artificial sweeteners) ,preservatives , partially hydrogenated oil (trans fats ) , emulsifiers , stabilizers and artificial flavors and colors. For me Ice cream = Milk ( Full of hormones injected in cow) + Sugar ( empty calories that wrecks havoc to the insulin levels and effect literally every organ of the body) + Chemicals (human bodies are not designed for these poisonous substances) .So commercially available market ice creams are one of the most unhealthiest food out there , others being cookies , biscuits , cakes , pastries , chips , breakfast cereals , chocolates etc.Having said that , it is perfectly OK to occasionally eat and enjoy ice cream say once in 2–3 months. But the fact remains that it is very unhealthy. Before the bed , you would also not want to eat something frozen and cold , probably a cup of green tea may be more usefulFinally it is for you to choose , weather you want to have an external stimulus for an artificial happiness / contentment that lasts only a few minutes or enjoy the long lasting joy of winning over the temptation and be a confident person who can overcome the desires of the mind. The happiness you get by not succumbing to unhealthy food is far higher than that you get by eating it.I wish you well!

I have a high fever should i eat ice cream if not what should i eat?

I would go for natural juice popcicles instead to get some vitamins as well. If you have any type of sinus infection, drainage, or sore throat, then you DEFINITELY don't want to eat any dairy! If you really want ice cream though, try sorbert.

Also try taking a lukewarm to cool bath or shower and some Tylenol to get your temperature down. Most importantly though, drink liquids NON- STOP. Many people think that they do drink "plenty of fluids" when they are sick, when in reality, they just drink more than they usually do, which balances out to what you SHOULD drink daily. So, when you're sick, you should always have cool water or juice nearby. Good luck!
