Iphone 4 16gb or ipod touch 4g 32gb?
If you are going to use a lot of space take the ipod touch. But if space is not an issue, take the iphone because it is a great phone and has a few extra features. If you can, try to get some funds and give them to ur bro so he can get u a 32 gig rather than a 16 gig if u need it. Hope i helpe

Apple iPod touch 32 GB brings with it some new features and amenities, some of which have been anticipated by iPod touch fans and developers alike, including myself, for several generations of the device. From a developer's perspective, the more hardware features we can get our hands on, the better and more innovative apps we can create, and the more users that can download, use and enjoy them. I think this generation iPod Touch is a WINNER and certainly worth a 5 star review given everything that it does. Sure, it would be great if 3g was added for more versatile internet connections, and a better camera would really be nice. But for what this iPod Touch has to offer, it offers it well, and certainly worthy of 5 stars.

just get the 16. all your pictures, contacts, and messages will not even take up a GB of space. So you will still have a good 8-10 GB of memory for apps and music, since you really probably only get about 14.5 gb of real "storage" the rest is used for the IOS

I suggest you to take 80GB ipod ifYou are sure that you won't add extra videos. You feel 160GB doesn't come under your budget. Your music collection doesn't increase drastically.

I think 32 GB is reasonable. You never get crunched for memory and sacrifice deleting other apps/songs, yet 64 GB is a bit too much unless you're a music horder (like my friend who has 80GB of songs. Yes, 80) And the fact that you have less than a GB left on your ipod shows you definitely need more room. 16 GB would just mean you've already used half the memory (and iphones don't work as well when they are almost full of memory, and ontop of that, your contacts and texts and everything adds more to your memory.) 100 dollars may seem like a bigger difference, but in the long run it's worth it.

iPods are excellent music and assorted data devices. But they are NOT phones. So make up your mind. If it’s an iPhone you need with lots of data storage place buy an iPhone. with 128Gb ofcourse. 64 Gb phones are not readily available. Further most data like photos and music can be stored on iCloud.

It just really depends on your songs honestly and how big the files are. For me personally i have 1,460 songs on my ipod that are using up 8.05 gb. It is quoted that 1 gb holds 500 songs therefore an 8 gb should be able to hold 2,000 songs but as i said it really varies on the size of your files. A 16gb holds around 3,500 songs in realistic terms thats around 3,000 songs. 32 gb hold around 7,000 songs if you have songs that are bigger than 6 mb you'll be able to hold around 6,500 songs. Also take into account that it says 8,16, and 32 gb but what you are really getting is around 6,14,30 gb worth of space.
