21st Birthday Party themes?
Im throwing a party for my best friend. It will be in my yard, in late April... I want it to be special... looking for a theme to incorporate drinking, possibly a popular song title... im just drawing a blank... thanks
What theme should i have for my 21st birthday party?
its coming up in October and iv planned to have it on a 70ft boat cruising down the river, all drinks and food provided to my 65+ guests. only problem is i want it to be a themed party but i cant think of any original/ fun themes. lots of my mates have had themed parties such as disney theme and back to school theme but i find these quite boring, i was thinking because my name starts with R that it be a rastafarian and robot party or everyone comes dressed as something starting with R? any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
21st Birthday Party in a Hotel?
I suppose in the rule books there are some law saying only 5 guests per room. But technically you can have as many people as you want. As long as you are not loud and unruly and bothering the other guests at the hotel you should be ok. I would suggest going to a motel rather than a hotel, then you could posibbly get a room farther back on the property, away from the front office. Plus you will only have people on either side of you, rather than above and below. Just keep your friends under control and there shouldnt be any problems. That being said, you are having a 21st birthday party. Just go to a club or something where you can act like a drunken fool and not lose out of your $100 room rate.
21st birthday party at hotel room?
toay is my 21st bday and i have decided to go clubbin for 1hour just enough to get me a lil'buzz with the free drinks...then im taking the party to a hotel room i booked. but thinking about it, i wonder if i can get in any kind of trouble for hosting a party there. its a small room, and its like a get together more than a party, less than 10 peeps would be there. but i dont know if theres some legal issues i may be facing? help clear it up.thanks

I think you should definitely throw a party not only this year but every year. You should be happy and thankfull that you are alive and kicking. Half of the people of your age are not alive and half o them are still searching the reason why are they alive. From your query it seems you are quite a funloving person who has managed to keep the kid inside alive. Dont care about this world let them think whatever they think you enjoy your life with full confidence and jolliness. Some may feel jealous that they cant be happy like you and some will try to figure out how can they be happy like you. Do justice to everyones feelings be it good or bad. 21st Birthday Party Ideas? Surprise Ideas?
sounds great to have the two parties. Invite the family over in the early afternoon for lunch- then they will leave and have all his friends come over at like 8:00 (after diner so you don't have to make another meal! just supply appetizer type foods) for lunch foods you can do a big sub, sloppy joes, taco/nacho bar, grill hot dogs and burgers....see if other family members will bring a side dish also, I'm sure they will be happy to help. get some drinks- you may want to invest in a 1/4 barrel of beer for the entire day of drinking especially when the friends come over later on at night. make a big batch of spiked punch for those who don't like beer. the DVD slideshow idea is great- or you can make a picture board instead, get some old baby pics form his mom to put on there too! those are always fun for everyone to look at. get all your decorations and other party supplies form the dollar store- do it all in his favorite color or something- streamers, balloons.
Where should I have my 21st birthday party? (Chicago Suburbs)?
I live in Wheaton, IL, a suburb of Chicago. The nearest big cities are Naperville, Lisle, West Chicago, etc. Now, my house is off limits due to younger siblings. I don't have any friends house I can count on. A banquet hall will probably be too pricey ($2,000+). I'm currently thinking about a one night house rental, but I'm not having any luck finding out any info about that. Just so you know, I'm planning to make this the best party of my life, for personal reasons, so I'm trying to get everything right. Lots of people, lots of chicks, lots of music, and lots of drinks. Any thoughts, comments, suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.
Should I skip my mom's funeral for my 21st birthday party?
So my mom passed away on Sunday and the funeral is on Saturday. Unfortnately, it falls on the same say as my 21st birthday party. I officially turned 21 on Tuesday, but I wanted to celebrate it on Saturday. All of my friends are expected and I don't really want to postpone it because I will only turn 21 once. I am thinking of ditching my mom's funeral and go ahead with my fabulous 21st birthday. My family is mad at me because they think I'm being selfish. I told them that's what happens when you schedule a funeral on my 21st. They told me to wait until the following week, but I would be 21 for 11 days and that kind of takes away the excitement of turning 21. So what do you think should I blow off my mom's funeral for my 21st?
