Should I Join Machinima Or Choose Another Network

How do you make machinima films?

Engines depend entirely on a number of factors. 1 is visual aesthetic, including how your modded assets would appear in the engine, or what filters are available, and this is related to the style you desire (i.e. cartoon vs. noir vs. realism); fitting visual aesthetic to the tone, action, and uniqueness of your film is an art. 2 is what you want to accomplish, and how much work you need to do, and whether you have the skills to do that work or know people who will dedicate time to you, or whether you should look into an engine that complements your skills; Unreal Engine might require a lot of scripting and coding and 3D asset building; Second Life might require you to "hire" actors to puppeteer their avatars according to script (and coded scripts to control their animations and gestures); etc.3 is what you know about filmmaking; ultimately the end product (language of film) is the same, but your process to get there is entirely by personal preference (see UE and SL examples above); time is money is .4 is the purpose of the product, whether for commercial use or personal expression or a reel; do you have a budget (see #2 to hire people) or not; also see #1 above regarding output. And more, but those are a good start. If you can answer those questions, you can probably get help narrowing down concrete answers to your questions.

Should i join machinima or choose another network?

I am coming to the end of my contract with socialblade/RPM network and i am thinking of changing network so i can grow my youtube channel more. I have no problem with the RPM network its just im looking to get bigger and better. I know there has been some trouble with machinima but thats only with the big youtubers. Ive been accepted into machinima its just i have to wait a couple of days untill my current contract ends. So should i go with machinima or choose a different network and give me
reasons why. My youtube channel is mightybush12 i have 2000+ subs and nearly 500,000 views and im on 2500 daily views.

What Youtubers came from machinima?

I watch a lot of seananners, hutch, and sark on YouTube. I know they worked for machinima. Where did chilledchaos, eatmydiction, and gassymexican come from? Are they just guys that game on YouTube and they all became friends? Or did they work at machinima also? I watch them also and I was just wondering who they are. I appreciate the answers!

Partnership with Machinima?

I want to start a YouTube channel which I will try to post daily gameplay videos and hopefully some day partner with Machinima? I've seen YouTubers turn down offers to go into partnership with Machinima. A dream job. So I just wanted to know the pros and cons of being in partnership and whether It can be classed as a career job in which you get paid the average wage (or more) or just a hobby where you get paid nothing and do it for fun??

Sorry if this is hard to understand I didn't know how else to put it.

What YouTube partnership Network is best for me ?

I have a small channel. I have recently become a YouTube partner and i want to join a network. I have submited a partnership request to Machinima and (to my amazement) they agreed to take me in. I've searched the internet about Machinima and their policies and now i have second thoughts about joining them..
What could be the best network for me to grow my channel and be less constrained and provide me with licenses or whatever for games because half of my videos are flagged as "not monetized, provide proof".
I just like to make gameplay videos and grow my channel (i have small number of subs but lots of views), i don't really inted in making a living out of it.
So should i go with Machinima, or try to join TGS (if they will accept me), VISIO Games, TGN etc etc. The 3 years binding and the contract itself from Machinima makes me kind of uncomfy. Would it be the best thing for me to join Machinima ? Do I worry too much ? I like to make video content whenever I please on the games i choose and not to be constrained by the Network in this matter.

Thank you, and sorry for my bad English.

Do youtubers really pay for songs from audionetwork.com?

i've seen many youtubers citing "audionetwork" website for the music in their videos. but when i looked it up it really costs up to 150 $ to be allowed to use a song in your videos (for the commercial use option, obviously) if you choose the non-commercial option it costs around 1$. do they buy the cheap non-commercial option and then use it in their videos fraudolously? because i can't imagine paying 150 for a song where you probably make less money just from your video. i'm really confused.
