Should I See A Doctor

Should I see a doctor?

Should I see a doctor??
So I feel really stupid and not sure if I should see a doctor over this. I am 22 and I get really random sharp pains around my body in certain areas. For example my left and right kidney area, chest area, right side of my head. But the pain is very breif for a few seconds to a minute and then disaper for a little and come back. Some times I wont have it for a few weeks and then it comes back and happens a few times a day and completely disapers again. Im not sure if its a really bad health issue or not but it drives me crazy and make me nervous as **** becuase Im afraid for the worst. But I feel like if I go to the doctor for something thats not always there might me seem a little crazy.

Should I see the doctor again?

Yes, if it still hurts.Yes, if you loved the way she kissed you good night. No, if the stitches came out by themselves and there's no sign of infection. No, if he's married to someone else.

Should I see a doctor if I had a seizure?

You should have a conversation with your doctors, primary care and neurologist, about what to do after a seizure. If you’ve been under a doctor’s care for some time and already have a diagnosis and a treatment plan, then what you do should be something you and your doctor agreed on early on in your treatment. If you’ve never been diagnosed with epilepsy, do not have emergency medication, are not taking medication, then you not only should see your doctor, but you should go to the emergency room as soon as you are able.Once you are under treatment and you have a plan, I don’t see why you would need to see anyone, unless there is something different about the seizure you had.

Should I see a doctor or am I being dramatic?

I don’t want any snarky or smart a*s comments on this. I just want advice. So late Saturday night (it’s now Monday night btw) I was having stomach cramping (I have ibs so it’s normal for me) but I felt bad. Like fatigue or how you feel when you have a fever basically. So I went to sleep, woke up feeling the same. But I was very dizzy, and I couldn’t stand up without being nauseous. At one point I stood up but my ears started ringing like I was gonna pass out. So I went back to sleep, woke up feeling fine, I went on with my day, taking it easy. Then I when back to sleep, and I felt bad again. And I didn’t have an appetite all day. I know this isn’t a fever, but my temperature was 99.9, and my thermometer was beeping like it was a fever. I felt like my nose was getting stuffing, and there was pressure on my sinuses. I took 2 NyQuil (the pill kind.) and felt REALLY dizzy the rest of the night. I also kept waking up during the night, like 4 times, and once I woke up really sweaty, but freezing cold. And I didn’t have a fever. But when I actually woke up for today, I felt completely fine, temperature normal, no fatigue, the only problem was that I kept having hot flashes (and I don’t have those) and was really dizzy. If I continue to feel like this, should I see a doctor or an urgent care?

What doctor do I see for bad breath?

Good question. Let me break it down the best way possible. Mouth odor is interesting. The smell can either be associated to the mouth area or the GI tract/gut area. If the smell is foul like the smell of fecal matter then you may have to see a regular doctor who may have to refer you to a Gastroenterologist. It depends though if the primary physician suspects something by way of signs, symptoms, history and physical and blood work up. If it is significant then the primary care physician will bump it up and refer you to the specialist who can rule out a medical condition if present. However, that particular type of odor could usually mean a diet of meats, processed foods, junk food and diary which is difficult to digest and particules get trapped in the diverticuli of the intestines. The intestines both small and large are long tubes within the abdominal region. High fiber diet plus water intake is necessary to pull this stuff out. And if it has stayed in the intestines for awhile you will see the darker colors in your stool when you have high fiber in your diet pulling it out. Fiber is like a sponge and will gently scrap the intestinal wall. Remember diet is key here. Also, not only your breath but your skin will tell you a thing or two how things are going on internally. Now if the odor from your mouth doesnt have that strong putrid, fecal smell then it is more than likely mouth related. That means you may have inflamed bleeding gums, deep cavities, teeth that are decaying or dental work that needs attention. People who smoke heavily or do drugs or have certain medical conditions display issues in their mouths and the odor gives it away. However, whatever concern you may have about your body in general, you should seek out a medical and/or dental professional.

What doctor should I see for tiredness?

Your primary care doc/provider is the best for initially working up the issue. An example would be that one of the physical problems which can cause tiredness is a malfunctioning thyroid gland. Its’ health and function can be assessed with a simple blood test but that test must be ordered by the doc. You wouldn’t need a specialist for that. But suppose you tell your doc your spouse complains that you’re snoring heavily at night? He/she will probably refer you to a sleep specialist for a sleep study to see if you’ve developed sleep apnea. You get the idea, but please do let your doc know very early on so corrective meds/treatments or further work-up is needed!

Should I see a doctor? Pinched Nerve?

Ok, first of all, if this has never happened to you, or if you have no medical training, I do not want you to post a response. Honestly, I'm looking for real advice and I don't give a crap how many points you have on Yahoo answers. Alright, here goes.... So I was pole vaulting at a track meet Saturday, and I felt the muscles on the right side of my neck, where it joins the skull, and my tongue (weird?). So my coach tells me to sit down for a little while. Then, my vision goes black and white and fades out. My coach and some officials take me to the first aid station, and at this point, my ears are ringing, I am incredibly dizzy, I have a weird taste in my mouth, and am incredibly hot and cold at the same time, and I'm sweating. I laid down for a while and my vision came back, the taste went away, the ringing left my ears, I stopped sweating, and I wasn't hot or cold anymore. However, I had a gigantic headache and was still dizzy for the majority of the rest of the day. My coach and the trainers diagnosed my ailment as a pinched nerve. I went to bed and slept for 12-13 hours when I got home and felt pretty good yesterday until about 9 p.m., when my neck and jaw started to feel tight again on the right side (stiff, not sore. I never once felt pain from this condition). None of the aforementioned symptoms recurred, but my neck and jaw remained tight. Today they continued to remain tight and it felt like there was a little bump, but it seems to have gone away. What should I do? Go see a doctor, or wait to see if it worsens or gets better? And if you're a doctor, could you tell me what exactly happened if it wasn't a pinched nerve?
