Legal question - can I file a cheating case against my friend for not returning my money?
surely, you can file a police complaint & take an action against him.I suggest starting by giving him a legal notice will be better, even after that he does not return you the money, you can sue him for that. But before suing, keep in mind that you have all the proofs that you gave him the money, all your chats that include the matter that he took that amount of money from you & that you have asked him to return you & he is delaying unnecessarily.also, if possible, call him up asking once again, leave aside the embarrassment, & record this call. you can submit the call record, the chats etc as a proof that you gave him some money. also, if you have any such proofs, collect them too, e.g. , any friends / witness(s) to this fact, make sure that your witness(s) do not turn hostile later. Gather all the possible proofs, facts, contact a good lawyer, by good, I mean that the one who has a real good knowledge of law & who won't loot you. Even if after a legal notice, he doesn't return you the money, you may sue him. He should return the money after a legal notice because then it will only increase his problems, not yours.Good Luck !

Ok so long story short, I was with him for 2.5 years, and in the course of our relationship, he cheated on me twice, which is why I broke it off. He was also spreading rumors saying "I dont Fu*k this girl" because I always told him that I would stay a virgin until marriage, however, I was rly hurt when he went around telling the world this. My mom gave him and his mom back an engagement kind of ring last week, and she told them to never contact me again. He blocked me on fb and on his phone, and the last words he said to me were good luck with your new life and if you ever need anything im always here. However, I just found out yesterday that he's moving away to NY!!! I was crushed. I know I wont ever get back with him again, but this is a guy where I saw my future with, where I spent my teenage years with, where he was there for me through a lot of stuff. I was wondering whether or not I should say goodbye to him and wish him luck (I have 2 fb accounts and he hasnt blocked me on the other one). Is it worth my time??? His other ex sent him a goodbye letter, and he posted an i love you song on his page in Spanish to her :( I dont know what to do. I dont wanna not do something that I will regret years from now. SOmeone plz help!!!!

Lol!!!! Uh, she could try. But honestly, what good would that do?! If the husband has a drug problem, why not get him some help & showing him love?? Sometimes that's all it takes for someone to get off drugs. GOD bless them both.

******I didn't screw anyone over in the least bit. The second I found out what my landlord was spending rent money on (drugs) I gave him notice and moved out a month later. I tried looking for attorneys but they are so expensive and as an independent college student, every dime I make is already spent. I figured id get opinions from people here and do some research on my own and hope for the best :/

Worst University ever you can go to. Not even a single thing is proper.If you are planning to join LOVELY PROFESSIONAL UNIVERSITY then hold back a second and listen to the reality here.I am a student here under BBA (HONS.) course and trust me this is not somewhere you want to be.ACADEMICSThe academics here is kind of average. The main problems are with the examination pattern. Even if it is a practical exam the whole question paper would be full be theory questions which is not good.The problem with datesheet is really serious and they always keep changing the dates randomly without notifying.HOSTELbeing a girl, yes you want security but not obviously a jail.For girls the hostels are just jails. Even if you have any emergency you have to let the warden know 6 hours prior leaving the hostel.Before every night leave or day leave they call the parents.Girls are not allowed to leave the hostel after 5.45 in evening no matter what happens.You cannot leave the campus even during the day. And the shop inside the hostel is not at all sufficient so yiu wint get anything to eat after 10 at night.If you are a girl then trust me...do NOT take hostels.They even forcefully took our rooms once to give them to their guests of ISC program and it was all at our OWN risk. Of all our belongings. Even if you are not willing, they are gonna do what they wanna do.INFRASTRUCTUREThey always keep contructing one or the other building yet they dont have a single guest house or rest room for parents to stay.If you have to travel from place to another then you are gonna get drenched in sweat or dust.LPU is one very stingy place amd like saves money on almost each amd everything.You won't even get another sheet in exams or rough sheet if you want an extra so.Do come here ONLY if you want to save tuition fees.Rest all... My employer is not paying my salary. What should I do?
I request you to approach your employer once and discuss about the salary.Directly walk into your office and approach HR Manager. If the manager directly says that they cannot give the salary and the relieving letter, then tell them that your going to complain about this in the labour office.They might be asking some time to give the salary and the relieving letter. If they tell you that they need one week of time then make sure your taking it in written. That promising letter must contain your name and employee id, manager signature, promising date and also the organisation stamp. Those idiots will definitely not agree to give it in return but don’t agree with them until they do so.If they don’t give your salary on the promising date, then just call and inform them for the final time and directly approach your nearby labour office. They will ask you the proof of your employment with your company, so carry your offer letter, pay slips, ID card xerox if you have any and the necessary documents of proof.I suggest you to give a written complaint in the labour office and they will definitely take the necessary action.All the best!

I agree with the first post. He is being a jack *** and doesn't deserve to be a part of your child's life. Don't push that on him because he will just make things worse. Get him for child support and move on. Sometimes it's better that your child has no fatherly figure until later than a bad one now.
