Is it stupid to go to the ER for morning sickness?
I couldn't keep anything down yesterday, after about 2 pm I stopped trying to eat. I have only drank about 1 cup of water and a couple sips of gatorade in the past 24 hours. I've thrown up about 7 times and I can't eat. I tried to eat half a bagel. I could only get a couple of bites before I threw up. I don't know what to do and I can't take my prenatals because they make me so sick. I'm so worried about the baby not growing properly but I'm not sure if I should go to the emergency room. I just feel like I can't bear this and its only been happening for about a week.

Hope, I read your question yesterday about quitting the outpatient treatment. Now I'm reading that you're vomiting blood. Sweetie, you need help. You are tearing up your esophagus, amongst other things. It might wait until tomorrow, but since we can't see what's going on inside you I'd go to the doc sooner. This may be harsh, but I am in no way trying to be mean. I was a purging anorexic for eight years. Eight years of hell that I will never get back. In those eight years, I destroyed my body, lost my friends...lost myself. I also lost my mother to the same insidious disease when I was 18 months old. Please, please, please don't waste any more time on this monster. It will ruin you, whereas living can be pretty darn good. Hugs. Please take care of you.
I think I have a tampon stuck. Should I go to the ER or should I wait until tomorrow morning.... help.?
I stared my period yesterday. So I'm kinda heavy. Today I was at the mall and forgot to take one of my own. I bought the OB tampon brand (the tiny ones that have no string and sell at the restrooms for 75 cents) I don't know if its stuck or it fell when I went to the restroom. I stuck my fingers, but don't fell anything. Can it get stuck on to my cervix?? Im embarerased to go to the emergency room on a Sun night at 8:20 pm. What happens if I wait until tomorrow. I don't want to get Toxic Syndrome..Help .. I'm scared
When to go to the E R during a miscarriage?
Well, they say if you bleed heavily through more than a pad an hour (saturated) or if you have Large blood clots, (larger than a quarter), you should go to the ER. but, If I were you I would call your doctor now, they usually have answering services and someone on call at the hospital anyway. And ask them what you should do, what to look out for and when you you should go to the ER. My friend had a miscarriage and they sent her home and told her to come back in a week to do a blood test to make sure the hormone levels came down, to insure everything was expelled. But I would call your doctor just to make sure you dont make a trip to the ER for nothing, It would mean you sitting there in pain , in a crowded waiting room for hours. good luck and sorry for your loss.
