I can't sleep for more than 7 hours?
ughhh i wanna be like everyone else and sleep for 8-10 hours, my whole life ive always had these bags under my eyes and im pretty sure its because of that, any tips?

The short answer is yes, absolutely.One of the things to keep in mind is that, until version 7 of CentOS, there was no “upgrade” option. Each time a new major version came out, your only course of action was to back up your personal files and settings, wipe the drive and install a fresh copy of the new version.The current method of going from v6.x to v7 has a number of challenges. Not the least of which is that v6.x was never built with upgrading in mind. A Linux distribution generally makes “upgrade-ability” decisions early in its lifecycle as there are a number of things you would want to do from the beginning with the assumption that users will be upgrading rather than reinstalling later (audit level logging, package tracking, internal version DB or tracking system, etc).I would suspect that that has largely been resolved in v7 of CentOS and that going forward, upgrades from one version to the other (v7 to v8 for example) will be much smoother now that they have stated their ongoing support for that in the future.My advice for v6.x to v7 is still to wipe and reinstall/restore your files. I have not had an upgrade go smoothly yet and I have tried it more than 25 times. I was always able to get it to work after, but it would have been quicker to backup and reinstall.

Hi Richa, Sorry but the Airport CISF staff won’t let you enter the airport departure area 8 hours prior to the flight.However, you can enter the visiting lounge by showing your boarding card and stay there for a few hours.
Will going 6 hours without pumping or nursing hinder milk supply?
I have been breastfeeding exclusivley (my baby is nearly 8 weeks) and expressing while I am at work. Tomorrow I have to be out of the office and away from my baby for 6-7 hours. I will not be able to pump (even in a bathroom) as I will not be able to get up and leave. This should be the only time I have to do this...I am SOOO afraid it will hinder my milk supply. Will it??

Although I don't understand what "I get an AC and for half hour I will be on Facebook" means (I assume you mean you interrupt your coding by browsing through Facebook pages etc.), I will add my 2ct.I currently am part of the Berlin startup culture as a frontend developer and thus know some coders at work. I have experienced that it's normal and common - if you're working on a computer - to watch Youtube videos or Facebook entries from time to time - even for up to half an hour or so. Totally normal.What strikes me with your question is the word "continuously" - I NEVER EVER code 6-7 hours continuously. And I know no single coder who does. AS for me after about 45-60 minutes I distract myself. Always. Go get coffee, go to the toilet, watch videos, chat with mates on skype or simply walk around the office to get rid of moths in my head.I think that coding is an extremely exhausting mental job. You should never do it for more than 2 hours apiece. Take the pomodoro technique as a hint - there's a reason why it will let you code for no longer than 45 minutes apiece. This technique - though you don't have to follow it to-the-word - is based on loads of experience.Always take breaks. Especially when you get stuck: Take a walk around the block. This will in most cases definitely solve your issue. Experienced people do it. Less experienced stick to thinking that they should not waste their time doing such a thing.
Is 4 tylenol to much to take in a 6 hour period?
Yes the highest dose of acetophetomin (tylenol) that a pregnant woman should take is 1000 milligrams within a 8 hour period. Most tylenol comes in 500 miligram pills. So you probobly shouldn't take more then 2. Try to wait an hour then take a couple more. I know what you mean about the headache thing though, I'm 20 weeks pregnant and that has been my main symptom of pregnancy , headaches. It really sucks when they wont go away.
Leaving a 6/7 week old puppy home for about 8 hours?
1. Puppies should be with their mother until at least 8 weeks, 9-10 weeks is better. Why? They learn things from their mother/littermates like how to play nicely. 2. Most people with jobs do have to leave their puppies home for that long. Your puppy will need to be in a safe place which means a crate, or in an xpen, or in a safe room where it can't destroy anything/ruin the floor that is baby gated off. The puppy cannot hold it for that long so I'd put some newspaper down in the area furthest from the water dish. Also puppy needs safe chew toys (rubber). 3. If you can possibly have a parent, sibling, neighbor, or friend drop by in the middle of the day to take the puppy outside- it would really help with potty training! The more times your puppy is forced to pee inside because you aren't there to take him out- the harder it will be to potty train him. Would it be possible to get the puppy on a Friday afternoon so that you have 2 good days of potty training before he has to be left alone? Puppies also get scared when they are first separated from their mom/littermates so if he has to be totally alone without even you it will be even harder for him.

If the idea of not smoking for that long is unachievable, the best way around it is to smoke lightly by taking low, mild puffs without inhalation of the smoke. (I have no idea how smoking works.
