Am I wearing a cup and compression shorts wrong?
ok so I started going to BJJ (jiu jitsu) and mma, I bought compression shorts and a cup, I thought it was supposed to snug your junk and not move around, because when I sit the bottom of the cup comes out so it looks like I have a hard on. im comtemplating just not wearing cup for jiu jitsu since I don't get kicked in the nuts, but for mma I will, but when I stand up with the cup it just doesn't fit right (yes I got the right size) then I squat and adjust it but it keeps just becoming uncomfortable, am I wearing them wrong? or are all compression shorts/cup combo like this?

Because I have seen every type of fighter wearing all kinds of shorts to do mixed martial arts. If you are a kicker, you might want a longer, looser short slit on the sides, because the shorter ones can ride up.
