Anything you really want basically. Either a number you seem to like or a number that has a meaning to your personal self. I usually go for a number that's my favorite players in the NBA. Such as 13 (phx Steve Nash) or 33 (Kobe Bryant in high school). Some people pick their lucky number. A lot of times, you don't have a choice depending on your coach. The reason why people usually pick their numbers based off of NBA players because of confidence. "Wear 24 feel like 24"
Is it ok to wear a pad for 24 hours?
Will you get an infection, no, but you might get irritated. Leaving in a pad or anything really for a full day isn't very hygienic. If you don't believe me, just smell it after you take it out. If you're sure you're not on your period, but just having some minor discharge, wear a pantyliner. They're really made for this, they're lighter and much more comfortable to wear. Just make a habit of changing it more regularly and only wear it when you need it. Bye ! btw : if you speak dutch, a pantyliner is an 'inlegkruisje'.

However, since the 1954 World Cup, each member of a 22 man squad was given a certain number for a duration of the tournament. Players in reserve, or new players, are often given high numbers. Due to the number being technically like any other squad number is only meant to distinguish players from one another and therefore you can go ahead and pursue your wishes and be number 24.
How many hours do I wear my retainer after you get your braces off?
Ok, so I just got my braces off and got the top and bottom retainer a week later. The ortho said that you should wear it all day, 24 hours a day.. do you think the teeth will really be affected if I only wear it for 14 hours a day? because I really dont want to wear it during school and after school, I can just put it on through the rest of the day and through the night.. So my question is, will 10-14 hours a day with a retainer really affect your teeth and make it move or is it enough, OR do you really have to wear it 24 hours a day? let me know, thanks :)

If no one else sees it I dont see the problem really. It's just underwear. Girls wear it for 2 reasons, to show them off to boyfriend, or because of panty lines. As long as she does not have a boyfriend, I would not worry. At 11, shes probably just getting a little more aware of how she looks, and doesn't want underwear bunching up under tighter pants or jeans.
