What are some great ideas for an IB Computer Science HL IA?
I did my on online Portfolio website with a database project manager system. I got 30. it was a complicated IA but you don't need to make it that complicated. My class mates did it on Java program and they fetched up good marks.some ideas for your IA would be. A Java program which tracks all the stock in a shop.A Java program which keeps that payment record for school canteen.A library book management system.A timetable Creator. Even A game if you provide a client and proper reason game could be a Blackjack, this guy got 25)Application that generates math problem.Tip complex program would not fetch you nice marks but a program with a good documentation which is your IA will give you marks. Mention all the steps..sorry explain all the steps, planning -process and all. You will be fine. Always be nice to your instructor and beg for feedback so you improve. At the end marks are in his hand.

What is the difference between 3D and 4D?
3D is either depicting three dimensions or exiting in three dimensions like sculpture. 4D can be a way that a media producer will say there is the depiction of three dimensions plus some other added experience.4D can also be a description of geometric space where properties can be extended into a fourth dimension that is not present in the physical world. The easiest way to think about that for me is to take away the intuitive, real world examples, and just use numbers. I can describe a space where three perpendicular axes are used to delineate or define points, lines, planes, and solids. Each point is described by three numbers [0, 0, 0] or [23.467, -5843153, 1.5] I can define points, lines, planes, and solids using these sets of numbers.Now I can describe something I’ll arbitrarily call a hypersolid which requires a number from each of the my new four perpendicular axes to define. Of course you can’t create four perpendicular axes in physical space, but you can use numbers to describe how it would work.Lastly sometimes the fourth dimension could be time. It really is not a dimension but you can use time as a last variable if you are making an animation. X, Y, Z may fluctuate and illustrate a property, and all will be shown changing in time.That’s the best I can do as a visual artist and math teacher.
