Should Obama Let The Chinese Work Out A Deal With Ukraine Much Like Russia Did To Help Obama In

Why is Russia invading Ukraine?

You see Ukraine used to be apart of The Soviet Union. In 1954 they acted to be their own country. Crimea is a large city in the Ukraine. 60% of their population speaks Russian. The Ukrainian president passed a bill to strengthen relations between the European Union. President Putin didn't like that so he made the Ukrainian president decline the bill and that started protest in the Ukraine. Crimea is mostly full of pro Russian citizens. So Russia wants Crimea back. Also the Ukrainian government is poor and they are considering war against Russia. If that's the case it would be a terrible match up. Russia would kill them and the Ukraine would go so deep into debt they probably won't be a country anymore.

Why does China not criticize the Russians that annex Crimea?

China calculated that by taking no sides on the issue, it could remain friendly with Ukraine, where it owns substantial agricultural investments, and Russia, who supplies lots of fossil fuels. Ukraine doesn't appear too angry about China's inaction, so it looks like they might get to have their cake and eat it too.China couldn't support Russia outright because after extensively criticizing the US intervention in Iraq and Afghanistan, it would come off as hypocritical. Likewise, China sure doesn't want India to invade Tibet under the pretext of protecting their religious/cultural cousin. The greatest winner of this crisis is China. Their huge Russian neighbor overextends itself, the EU and USA look helpless to stop Putin, Ukraine keeps doing business with China, and perhaps most importantly, China will get a nice discount on Russian resource imports. As the EU looks to diversify it's energy sources, Putin will have fewer willing customers, and so China will be able to negotiate a lower price on gas and oil.

When are Russian AKs going to be unbanned?

Since Dear Leader Comrade Obama has banned Russian made guns from being imported how long will this be for?

Until Putin finally liberates Eastern and maybe the rest of Ukraine?
So maybe months, years, decades?

How should President Obama respond to the Russian annexation of Crimea?

TL;DR: diplomatically and with gradually increasing economic pressure. For the long answer, here's a summary of recent news. The UN vote in the General Assembly had 100 countries, including the US, against 11, including Russia, call the Crimea referendum illegitimate (with 50+ abstaining and a few no-shows). Analysis by former Putin's adviser suggests that 34% of Crimean population voted for joining Russia, not 97% as was announced (it's unrealistic for 97% of the population to actually vote in such circumstances, especially with Tatars, who form 15% population, boycotting the referendum). All negotiations between Russia and the EU, US, UK, NATO, Nordic countries, Switzerland, Canada, and Japan about new projects and treaties have been stopped. Due to sanctions, Visa and Mastercard didn't work in Moscow for a day, resulting in a run on a major bank, which had to be bailed out by the State bank. Russia is on a firm path to recession. All three credit rating agencies revised their outlook on Russia's credit rating to negative - downgrades may follow. The rouble dropped quite a bit, which means food will be more expensive (Russia imports 40% of food). Foreign capital is being pulled out of Russia, and the pace may accelerate. Russian stock market dropped a lot. The largest Aluminum company in the world - RUSAL - just warned of possible bankruptcy. Car factories in Russia increased idle time, reducing production and pay. Putin initiated the first call to Obama after the sanctions started - he complained that the Transnistria (an enclave in Moldova with Russian troops inside) is almost completely isolated. Obama told Putin to move troops from the Ukrainian border. In the meantime, Obama was visiting Saudi Arabia, which exports 50% more oil than Russia does and can impact the price of oil, to which Russia's gas contracts in Europe are tied. The US congress is discussing George Soros' plan to crash the price of oil, hitting Russia's revenues hard. This can be done any day by announcing sales of oil from the US strategic oil reserve. One way or another, oil prices will be pushed down to the level where Russia cannot sell oil at a profit. This will hurt. The more Russia insists, the more this will hurt.

Does Obama's victory speech contain repetition, metaphor, simile, imagery, analogy, parallelism, or rhetoric questions?

“And to those Americans who—whose support I have yet to earn, I may not have won your vote tonight, but I hear your voices. I need your help. And I will be your President, too. And to all those watching tonight from beyond our shores, from parliaments and palaces, to those who are huddled around radios in the forgotten corners of the world, our stories are singular, but our destiny is shared, and a new dawn of American leadership is at hand.”

Why is obama such a pussy?

Obama was so worshiped and glorified on his way up to the Presidency. How did he get that very expensive education, the people that funded that education must have saw a potential in him , that he could be president ( or a top politician). It was as if everything he did, up too and becoming president was absolutely with out question to the Liberals. He needed a little conflict and less *** kissing on his way up! Obama may have the country at heart ( as a Liberal sees it).
Now he just can't understand , Why so many people do not see it his way and want what he wants for the country. He wants a socialistic country , and believes the government can do a better job of controlling people's money. They want a more even distribution of money and power. It seems they don't see the inherent danger of the government controlling everything.
The people were so afraid that the Clinton's would get back in , that Obama just slid past them and overwhelmed them. Now we are living to regret it.
I think he also thought all the foreign countries would see what a marvelous leader he was, and how wonderful the world would be if they just did what he told them too do!They see him as being weak, he says one thing and when it is not put into effect or questioned, by the people he capitulates.
Obama is narcissistic, omnipotent and omniscient. He still is trying to figure out why everyone has turned against him.
He is still trying to lay down the law to the U.S. and when they don't go along with his agenda, they are dissident or racist. ( political dissent is not racism)
He was in for a rude awakening, and he is still trying to figure it all out.

Are there still Russian spies in America?

Yes.
