Which QB should be drafted first: Kyler Murray or Dwayne Haskins?

I personally think that Haskins should be drafted first.If I were Kyler, I would hope to God that the Cardinals do not take me. While they have a couple of exciting playmakers like Larry Legend, Christian Kirk, and DJ, it cannot make up for just how dreadful that offensive line is. Fitz is not getting any younger either, and the team has many holes to fill on defense. If I were Kyler, I would not want to go there.Even if I were Arizona’s GM, I would not be interested in Kyler for many of the same reasons above. You can’t give up on a guy after one season, Jared Goff proves it. No one knows what kind of value a Rosen trade will net either. This draft is filled with great defensive players and offensive linemen, which will be important for the Cardinals. I would use Rosen for a year or two more, and if he fails to progress after about 2 years, I would go for Justin Fields (if he dazzles at Ohio State). This is also why I don’t think Arizona should take Haskins either. Both Kyler and Haskins are better than Rosen, BUT Arizona has so many other problems that I would say not to worry about QB yet.San Francisco, New York Jets, Oakland, and Tampa Bay seem to be set at quarterback and they will focus on defense/o-line. New York Giants need a quarterback, however.So, now, it comes down to Haskins vs Kyler in NYG. With guys like OBJ, Shep, and Evan Engram, the downfield passing attack will be DANGEROUS no matter who they select. While Kyler’s athleticism and scrambling ability will be good for extending plays given a bad o-line, Haskins seems to be a better passer. Teams tend to give height an advantage, and Haskins is much bigger than Kyler. This will help him a lot with field vision.Ultimately, I think Kyler could be a great fit for NYG. It will be fun to watch that offense no matter who they select between Kyler or Haskins.

How can teams avoid drafting players like Johnny Manziel?

I think the proper thing to do is to *not* draft players like this until the 5th round at least. You certainly don't waste a first-round pick on a clown like Manzell. He has proven to be unreliable on and off the field. For every brilliant NFL play he made in his short career, he made 10-15 egg-headed ones. Part of Manzell's problems come from his severe case of affluenza/frat boy mentality/whatever you want to call it that just doesent play well in the NFL. The Browns were ill equipped to handle and develop a problem child as it was, and Manzell is toast because he was drafted by the worst team in the league and he has a low ceiling for improvement at this time. At least Tebow behaved himself and won games despite his performance woes. Ask Bill Belichek whether he prefers raw talent or teachable, well behaved players and you will probably get a grunt for an answer, but the Patriots pick a well-behaved, underrated, quiet player and make him into a star, not take a bucking bronco and try to break him.In short, nobody wants a wild, turnover prone, running quarterback that runs a 4.69 40 and  can't behave off the field. Not even as a backup. A media circus- type player (Tebow, Sanchez, RGIII, Bradford, even Ryan Mallett) as a backup has proven to be disastrous wherever he goes, and Manzell is just not a starting quality NFL Quarterback. He belongs in Canada or Arena Football.
