Should We Throw Isis Combatants Into A

Should we allow US or Canadian citizens who fought for ISIS, to return to Canada or the US? Do we want them?

Should we allow US or Canadian citizens who fought for ISIS, to return to Canada or the US? Do we want them? Thanks for asking this question, User-11115117677173625539.I can only speak for the Canadian contingent who chose to go overseas and fight for ISIS / ISIL.These individuals made a conscious choice to join an organization regarded as terrorists. The conflict has gone against the terrorist group and the hardcore fundamentalists are “kicking their foreign contingent to the curb” as they fight a losing battle. All of a sudden the Canadian “so called” Muslim fighters are in a precarious situation - they are targets and now “have suddenly come to the realization they are wrong”.The Canadian Jihadists are now pleading for succor because they are Canadian citizens and we taxpayers should bail them out of their quandary. They will import their radical and fundamentalist indoctrination if allowed to return to Canada. They could and in some cases could engage in ISIS / ISIL activities here on Canadian soil. They could go further to radicalize at risk youth with their views. In my personal view, they created their own problem and Canada has no obligation to assist them. Even though they are citizens of this country, their activities in the ISIS / ISIL organization demonstrate that they have no allegiance to this country.Let them face the music where they are - they have practiced a perverted version of Islam and harmed a great many peaceful Muslims with their warped views. These crimes against men, women and children in the name of ISIS preclude them from returning in my personal opinion.I am not Muslim BUT I know a significant number of followers of Islam who are the gentlest and most humble, caring and helpful people. The radicalized followers of ISIS cannot be called Muslims. Let them face the outcomes of their actions where they are - don’t allow them back here!

Was Rome more powerful than the United States is now?

Of course. The Roman Empire controlled whole nations and also invented many useful things (central heating). The USA is just one country whose a bit full of itself. Speaking from opinion and facts... USA don't have control over any countries. They can hardly fight against half of Korea; a much smaller country without as many allies.

Russia and USA vs ISIS?

ISIS in the middle east are impossible to battle with. How can you defeat someone who isn't afraid of death. Will a Military Officer ever cut a guy's head off. Why can't the United State be ruthless. You can't defeat death and ISIS is death and it's self.

I think we should stop paying Taxes cause this losers can't even beat ISIS. Russia would have a better fight in the middle east.

Everyone who wants to vote on Russia + USA to the middle east and this war must be ruthless. I don't want a war where you hide in houses and just shoot in the sand. I want a war where thousands and thousands die. The war to end all wars in the middle east.

Russia + USA who wants the war against ISIS.

Why is Machiavelli important to the Renaissance and history?

In his book, The prince,Machiavelli describes the proper orientation towards the volatility of the world, or Fortune, by comparing Fortune to a lady: "la fortuna é donna," or "Fortune is a Lady."

Machiavelli is referring to the courtly love tradition, where the lady that constitutes the object of desire is approached and entreated and begged.

The ideal Prince, however, for Machiavelli does not entreat or beg Lady Fortune, but rather physically grabs her and takes whatever he wants.

This was a scandalous passage and still is today, but it represents a powerful translation of the Renaissance idea of human potential to the area of politics

How popular is ISIS among Muslims?

Let’s see…According to The Independent:Isis 'decimated' in Iraq and Syria and could have only 15,000 fighters left, US commander says. The number of Isis combatants in Iraq and Syria has been decimated by military campaigns, leaving as few as 15,000 to fight, according to a senior US commander.Let’s say there are 15,000 more people helping them…No, not 15,000! Let’s say 30,000! Although I think we can all agree this number is way too much, but let’s just go with it.How many muslims there are in the world? There were 1.8 billion Muslims in the world as of 2015 – roughly 24% of the global population – according to a Pew Research Center estimate.Hmm…Because the OP seems to be Islamophobic/Anti-Muslim let’s just throw 20,000 more people in ISIS supporters group, shall we?[math]15,000+30,000+20,000=65,000[/math]And also the interesting fact is there are a lot of Christians who joined ISIS, so we should not add them, but well let’s just go with it.[math](65,000/1,800,000,000)*100=0.00361[/math]So less than 0.0036 percent of muslims support ISIS!You may say, well maybe there are other supporters that are not “official”. How many are there? 100,000? Even if you are right, it would still make less than 1% of muslims! So please stop being Islamophobic! And your question is wrong…they are not popular! Also note…I'm atheist! So no I'm not biased towards muslims.
