What are some simple exercises I can do at home?

I have two answers: The first is to learn some basic Feldenkrais exercises for they will correct alignment issues, get every part of your body moving and open up the pathways for energy and circulation. They are not difficult or challenging but once you learn them and execute them properly, you will feel energized and even taller when you finish. You may do five minutes of them or half an hour. All you need is a floor (you can find those at Home Depot).The second is much like the first. Study one of those “slow motion” Asian martial arts disciplines. Not only will they have the same beneficial components of Feldenkrais but they will teach you to fight.I have a friend who is a NYC police officer and he annoyingly does these exercises all the time. If we sit down to eat he will even pump one or two movements out while sitting. I knew him for a couple of years and didn’t think much of his exercises, thinking it was just his thing, which was okay. One day on the streets of Manhattan, we were walking and he say an escalating argument ensuing and he went over to break up the scuffle when one of the huge muscular angry men challenged him and my friend said “Bring it on.” The muscle guy charged at him and before I knew it, the guy was lying on the pavement with scratches all over his face. He may have also had a broken nose. My friend helped him up and instead of launching a second assault, he apologized and walked away.I asked my friend how he did that and he said it was all that slow motion stuff sped up.

What is a simple exercise routine I can do at home without access to equipment or a gym?

Here’s a few you probably won’t do (they will get you in great shape but are hard as hell and take a lot of mental toughness to stick with over the weeks and weeks):Load up a backpack with roughly 1/4 your body weight. Books work. (If you’re overweight use you goal weight not your current weight). Go for a hike with it, preferably a hilly trail. Walk a half mile and then turn around and head back (total 1 mile). Do this once a week. Add a little distance each week (~1/10th of a mile). Keep doing it until you’re going 5 miles.Run/jog a half mile. Do 1–5 chin-ups, 10 push ups, and 15 squats. Repeat that 3 times. Then run another half mile. Do it again in a week but repeating the calisthenic block 4 times. Then five times the following week. The next week after run, do three blocks, run, do three block and run. That’s six total rounds and 1.5 miles. Add one block each week so the week after 3–3 do 3–4. When you get to 5–5 add another run the next week (now 2 mi total) so you do 4–4–3, then 4–4–4 then 5–4–4 then 5–5–4. You are finished when you do 7–7–7.Get an old canvas bag and fill it with sand, gravel, old rags, whatever until it is roughly 1/4 your body weight. Buck it up to your left shoulder, drop it, buck it up to your left shoulder, drop it. Repeat 5 times. Hold the bag against your chest and walk ~100 feet with it. Repeat the buck ups and walks two more times. Next week do 4 rounds. Work up to 10 rounds. When you get to 10 load up the bag so it is 1/2 your body weight and start back at 3 rounds. When you can do 1/2 bw for 10 rounds you’re done.Note: Women should reduce the weights by 2/3. For example, use 1/6 body weight instead of 1/4.

What are some at-home oblique exercises I can do?

Side-bends while holding something in one arm, side planks, and bicycle crunches (use youtube for exercise demonstrations).  But please note that strengthening your obliques will not cause you to have a smaller midsection.  Training your obliques will not cause the fat to melt off of them.  If this (fat loss) is your goal, you should focus on diet and more basic exercises.

Simple exercies's that burn off weight! help..

The only way to burn off weight (read fat) is to raise your heart rate to a certain level for an extended period of time. The easiest way is probably cycling because you won't poop out as quickly as with running. Get on a stationary bike, preferably with a digital read-out and maintain a good heart rate (the rate depends upon your weight, age and resting heart rate, but the easy way to tell is to get yourself sweating and breathing hard enough that you can just barely carry on a conversation while you ride.) In your case you're gonna want to do this for probably an hour or more, and at least twice during each day.

As far as losing enough to matter by tomorrow night.. you're gonna need to sweat ALOT, because all you MIGHT be able to visably lose is water. However, that doesn't mean you shouldn't be drinking water throughout the day and during your workout because if you don't your body will just retain it more.

Keep in mind that a visible reduction by tomorrow isn't terribly likely and starving yourself will have absolutley no impact on it, so please don't do that either. Good luck and don't make yourself sick, it's not worth it.
