Is there a simple way to copy music from iPad to iPhone?

Of course there is a simple way to help you finish the task. Most people will choose iTunes as the first choice, base on my experience, iTunes isn’t a good choice. iTunes only allows people to transfer purchased music from iPad to iPhone. That is to say, you are able to transfer the purchased albums back to iTunes Music Library, and then sync to your iPad again. Syncing files from one iOS device to another with iTunes is a little complicated, and iTunes will erase all the albums and playlists in your iPad Pro when you sync music. Besides, iTunes only supports to transfer purchased music from iOS device to iTunes Music Library, other non-purchased music are not allowed.Beside iTunes, there is another way: using the third-party iTunes alternatives. Among all the iPhone transfer programs, Leawo iPhone Transfer software supports to transfer files without iTunes. This software is used for transferring files among iOS devices, iTunes and computers, and it can help users to get rid of the sync of iTunes completely. The tutorial is as follows:Step 1. Run the software and connect both iPad to computer with USB cables.Step 2. Click the name of iPad and choose Music in the left sidebar. The songs will display in the right part.Step 3. Click the transfer button at the right bottom to transfer all songs. Or hold Ctrl/Shift key to select certain songs, and right-click the selected song, then choose Transfer to > iPhone.Step 4. Check Transfer to List and choose iPhone as a target in the pop-up dialog after clicking the transfer button. Then click Transfer Now at the right bottom to start transferring music from iPad to iPhone.More details about how to transfer music from iPad to iPhone, click here: How to Transfer Music from iPad to iPhoneOr if you have any questions about this, please feel free to tell me.

How does the iphone detect when its upright or sideways?

Usually an acceleration sensor, determining the direction Earth's gravity is pointing in.

---

Edit: acceleration sensor nowadays are small and simple. And much more reliable than mechanical solutions. Even if a simple mechanical solution (like the motion sensor in some bike rear lights - a piece of metal on a couple of wires) seem to be cheaper to manufacture in itself, don't forget that it has to be possible to mount it automatically in machines that are built for SMD PCB manufacturing. When doing this, any manual step that requires someone to actually pick up the PCB and insert something by hand is (comparatively) incredibly expensive (even if it that someone is a chinese factory worker). When putting parts on PCBs, even rotating the parts between the feed and placement is avoided, as this costs additional valuable time on the machine.

Regarding the price: if I wanted to buy a cheap sensor, I'd pay around 2€ for a single piece from a distributor. If you're buying 100k+ pieces directly from the manufacturer, you're probably below 20 cents.

No, I'm not 100% sure - I've neither built nor disassembled an iPhone yet. But you might try a google search for 'iPhone disassembly' - there are a few people out there who like to disassmble that kind of stuff in order to find out waht chips _exactly_ had been used - and deduce the probable production price f a gadget that's sold for 500$ :-)

Dubbing: What are some simple ways of combining video taken on the iPad with audio recorded on an iPhone?

If the iPhone is the 4 or newer, you might as well just use the iPhone for both Video and Audio. Otherwise, you can combine the Video and Audio in several ways:-GarageBand (OS X, iOS)-QuickTime (Windows, OS X)-Adobe SoundBooth/Audition (Windows, OS X)-Audacity (Windows, OS X, Linux)There are also some other great third-party ways for Windows, OS X, Linux, iOS, etcetera.

Why would anyone buy an iPad?

Not to mention the name makes me giggle. And I happen to be an Apple fan ... but if they had put half the effort they put into this into making a netbook they would have done a lot better.
