Origin has your order information. Contact them. I had to re-install all my Sims 3 games on a new computer, and one EP (Island Paradise, in fact) I no longer had the code for. I contacted Origin, they looked up my info to make sure I had purchased it as I said, then gave me a new code to use.

Couple of years ago I had wipe my computer due to a virus and lost everything. I went to re-install my Sims 3 base game and didn't have the serial code, which is annoying as all my expansion packs have it. Is there away I could get it back some how? I've checked all over my room and can't find it, got all of my things outside my bedroom, as in all of my things including my bed itself. I also went on to the Sims 3 website because I know I registered it, but it turns out the only games I had registered there was my The Sims Into the Future. I still have the box and everything, so is there away I could maybe get it back through EA or something? I don't want to have to go out and buy it again as it's a perfectly good disc. I actually tried some solutions, like the one with searching your previous registered code in some set of folders, (I barely have idea about that, I think it's somewhat you have to search by clicking windows then type "register?" I don't know).

An obvious answer would be to create one of your own!Since you have The Sims 3 Supernatural, you can create your own supernatural sim in Create A Sim (CAS), including fairies, werewolves, and even vampires!Simply re-direct to the main menu where you input/select your sim’s name, gender, and age (i.e. click the sex symbol) in CAS. On the opposite side of the “gender” option is a human “icon”. From there, you can change the icon to any supernatural entity of your liking, which will also change your sim’s current life state.Unfortunately, this feature isn’t available if you only have The Sims 3 Late Night installed. What is Supernatural Population Control in the Sims 3?
It's a setting in the Options that controls which supernatural creatures will appear in your game. There are checkboxes for each supernatural type (vampires, werewolves, fairies, witches), and also checkboxes for pet types (horses and "pets" which I think must mean small pets? like birds and such) and celebrities, if you own the relevant expansions.It's in the very last tab under Options, called Advanced Demographics Options. Here's what it looks like if you have all the relevant expansions installed: If you uncheck a box, you won't see any NPC's of that type in your game.

If it’s registered, you may be able to reinstall using Origin. Some of my older registrations didn’t transfer to this, but I think that was more The Sims 2.For Windows, you may also be able to get the license key from the registry. I haven’t done this with The Sims 3, but I did for The Sims 2. I’m not sure if this would work if you’ve already uninstalled it.This site has some information on it, as well as some other methods that may work.
