Since Hemp Has Just Been Legalized To Grow In The U.s. Is It Easy To Plant

Can I plant the edible hemp seeds sold at health food stores?

Nope, it's not legal to grow in in the American Colonies . In fact that is just what those county helicopters are searching for when they ride over the creek banks, ditches & Your Back Yard as it still grows wildly from earlier cultivation in North America. Either way its considered an illegal drug according to the US Govt. If it were not, we would all be growing our own, rather than importing it from Canada.

Besides the Govt doesn't want us being self sufficient - we should be paying money for products, dependent upon them for their vast guidance ! LOL

Is hemp legal to grow in the U.S.?

You have to obtain a special license which requires you to petition the DA, they are usually rejected because they are afraid of people misusing them and mixing in real weed, the two plants are hard for people to distinguish and they are just 2 lazy to deal with it so they just don't let people most of the time.

Is hemp string really made from the marijuana plant?

Yes, it is.

I need your help. Is hemp illegal?

why is it illegal? huh, well, that's a great question, and the answer is racism and fear. Racism came into factor as it was a prejudice of the man who enacted the marijuana tax and he stated that it made blacks crazy and same with Mexicans.

but with hemp, well, it is legal to import it into the states as the form that you buy (as clothes and what not) has no THC in it. It is illegal to grow in the states because even Hemp contains a small amount of THC, an amount that America deems illegal. It's funny because there are a lot of wild hemp plants growing all over the south as they use to be legal to grow and many people did grow it. Hemp use to be in history a lot more than people know.

although some people have stated that hemp does not contain THC, well, it definitly does. Delta 9 tetrahydrocannabinol is illegal in all forms in America. well, under federal law that is.

If hemp can't get you high why is it illegal in the U.S?

Because it costs more money to produce trees and process paper, fibre, bricks, oils, foods and literally over 10,000 other eco friendly alternatives to the modern resources we use today, meaning these companies using the alternatives that cost more money to produce are making more money from the products/uses that are being produced from them as opposed to using hemp and the only way you could make a source of building material illegal and unusable is by classifying it as a narcotic drug which it technically can come under because it comes from a psychoactive plant and to have the hemp you need to have the psychoactive plant. It is like a loophole that goes against all of us rather than can be used by us for our benefit, hemp products are perfectly legal but hemp production is not. Can't have the plant if the psychoactive chemical it produces is illegal so although hemp has what we would say, no THC/chemical that gets you high it has the potential to produce it, even male cannabis plants produce lower levels of cannabinoids, as if it couldn't be controlled by the government to only produce hemp and sell hemp to business's.. It also deals with super effectively treating and preventing a massive range of serious to mild illnesses that currently prescribed medication with side effects being made by pharmaceutical companies are what the public are led to believe are the only available treatment for their illness due to cannabis being illegal. It is genuinely sick and corruption in full display if you know the facts. Cannabis is illegal because the rich and wealthy would negatively be affected by this and the rich and wealthy are the people who call the shots and own these businesses. Look up instant medicinal cannabis healing child seizure it's honestly heart warming and also the treatments it can be used for which is and has been confirmed by highly credited and world renown doctors, also if your interested, the number of uses of industrial hemp, all of these amazing and positive effects it could have on the world everywhere yet it is illegal and the places it is legal in the US to use recreationally or medicinally heavily tax it , that's how corrupt our society is, we need people like you and me (you know what I mean..) behind office, not politicians with rich and wealthy families involved in secret societies.

Is it legal to purchase HEMP Protein in the United States?

I have been looking into getting a protein powder and I have certain intolerances (soy, whey)

The only other option would be Rice protein, but that has too much protein for me per serving (I am on a medically prescribed protein-restricted diet, for life)

My husband thinks if we purchase hemp protein and a cop sees it, I will get arrested. But they sell it in places like Whole foods, the Vitamin shoppe...etc.

So what's the deal with hemp protein...can it be considered a drug because of its source?
