Since I Created This Account I Am Not Able To Receive Or Send Mail

Why can I receive e-mail on my iPhone 6 but can not send e-mail?

There’s probably an easy solution to this which includes changing your outbound emails password.Let me explain…Since the iOS 7 update, many emails accounts on iPhone such as exchange accounts, Yahoo accounts, Comcast accounts, Bellsouth accounts and other email accounts are not able to send emails – receiving emails is not a problem. This issue does not seem to be affecting Gmail or iCloud accounts. The problem, is the with the password in the outgoing mail settings (SMTP settings) for the particular email account. The video above provides detailed instructions on how to fix the problem of being able to receive but not being able to send emails on the iPhone, iPad and iPod after updating to iOS 7 or higher. The video was originally uploaded with instructions using iOS 7 but, has since been updated to show instructions for iOS 10.Here’s a video on you can fix thisHow to fix being able to send, but not receive, emails on iOS:Access your iPhone settings.Tap on “Mail“ to access your mail settings.Tap on “Accounts“.Tap on the affected email account.Tap on the email account again on the next screen.Tap on “SMTP” in the OUTGOING MAIL SERVER section.Tap on the first field list in the PRIMARY SERVER section (it should say “On” to the right).Make sure that the full email address for this account is listed in the “User Name“ field.Retype your password in the “Password” field (even if a password is already entered).Tap “Done” in the top right corner.Remember, even if there is already a password in the password field, it is important to retype it for this fix to work. For whatever reason, many email accounts in iOS retain the correct password for receiving emails but the correct password does not transfer over to the outgoing mail settings.Once the password has been reentered in the outgoing mail settings, emails should now send properly from the iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch without any problems!I hope this could be of help. What would happen if I send an email to a non existent account? And if I activation it after I send my email can I receive it?

There are two parts to an email address. The first is the domain. It’s behind the “@” symbol after the address. If the email address’ domain doesn’t exist your email server will go looking for it, not find it, send a query to a DNS server then up the line to discover if that one exists. If not you will get an email back informing you it doesn’t exist or can’t be found. The part in front of the “@” symbol is the recipient on that domain’s email server. If the domain exists but the recipient doesn’t then that email server will either send a reply stating no such recipient or it won’t reply at all, depending on how the administrator wants that handled. The default is to sent a no recipient message. If you create an email address on an existing domain right after having sent an email to the not yet existing address on that domain, the recipient doesn’t exist message is probably going to be in your inbox before you can finish creating said address.Because the search can take a bit longer it might be possible to create a domain and address in time to get a response but I really rather doubt it. Creating a domain requires from 6 to 24 hours if everything works right to propagate to the DNS master. Sometimes that search can take a while. While this is something you might see in a Mission Impossible episode it just isn’t going to happen.I hope I have answered this to your satisfaction.

I am not receiving my emails?

I noticed you had an email address in your account which your Yahoo emails were being sent to. I've removed that for you, so emails sent to your Yahoo Mail account will now arrive normally again! Unfortunately, emails forwarded away from your Yahoo Mail account are not able to be restored to your Yahoo Mail account.

If you are still not receiving emails to your Yahoo Mail account, I recommend checking out the Yahoo! Help article "I'm not receiving some or all emails" available at:

I hope this helps you!

Why do I receive strange characters in my yahoo email when sent from an aim account? Can this be fixed?

In the new Yahoo! Mail, you don’t do this with your browser anymore. Now, just change your
character encoding setting right in Yahoo! Mail!

Here’s how:

In the toolbar, click More Actions and select Set Encodings.
From the list that appears, select the encoding that matches the message’s content.
Note: Only one character encoding set may be viewed at a time. And in this case, changing your
browser’s encoding setting will not work.

Or in the old Traditional = Select any email where the header information is displayed, but there
is nothing in the
"body" of the message where you would expect to find text, etc.
Move your mouse to the area of the expected "body" of the message and right-click...on
the menu that appears, click on "Encoding"...on the menu that appears, if "Auto Select"
has a check mark, leave it as is...if not click "Auto Select"; then this menu will
disappear...right click again in the "body" to cause the same menu to display again...then
click on "Western European (Windows)"...you should now be able to view the "body" of
all messages that you couldn't view before...obviously, if the problem somehow occurs
again, do the same procedure described above again. I have no idea how or why these
settings get "changed" or "corrupted" after everyday use, but apparently they sometimes
do.
