I think he did get "horny". Summer Rae and Layla are attractive girls and I think Fernando wishes he was with Diego and El Torito so he could get a kiss from Summer Rae and Layla.

It's hot; and they could do a lesbian angle. Don't know if the PG Era allows that though. If normal love angles are allowed, why not a girl on girl angle..?

Senor Booker put up a pictire of Layla and Summer Rae backstage grabbing Dolph Ziggler's butt. When they were in the ring with him he looked like he didn't know what to do and this is the guy who brags about sleeping with a lot of woman and calls himself the show off. Do you think they are going to be disappointed in Dolph after they have sex?
Explain how these NXT Diva's gimmicks are worse than those on the main roster?
Bailey- the "good girl" act. fun loving, all smiles all the time. good back story- wanted to be wrestler since she was a kid now she's living out a dream. Sasha Banks- she's a boss. "bad girl" act. the only female heel in WWE with any personality. Charlotte- "genetically superior." shades of her father Ric Flair. "boring" to some people. i'll admit not the greatest gimmick but at least she has a gimmick unlike some main roster Divas. how are these any worse than the main roster Divas? the Bellas- typical "b*tch" persona. neither one has any personality beyond just being b*tches. they are literally "divas." nothing creative whatsoever Cameron- basically the same as the Bellas but she puts on lip gloss during matches. what innovation! Alicia Fox- no clue what her gimmick is. for a brief period a few months ago she was the "crazy girl." now she's just Generic Diva #1 Emma- clumsy bimbo is all i can see from her since she's been on the main roster. yeah, i'm sure she can do more if she's given more time but right now that's all she is. Layla- Generic Diva #2 Summer Rae- Generic Diva #3 Naomi- Jimmy Uso's Wife Natalya- Nattie's husband's wife. Rosa Mendes- saying she's Generic Diva #4 would be too generous. Eva Marie- Rosa Mendes 2.0 Tamina Snuka- typical "tough girl." Paige- "anti-diva." not a creative gimmick at all. though i do give Paige credit as she is the only Diva who can make her gimmick work and be more entertaining than it really should be.
Why did WWE break up Summer Rae & Fandango?
Because Layla is way better, and since the divas are busy with other storylines, she needs another way to get on TV, also they might be planning something with Summer Rae, perhaps Layla VS Summer in a bikini match at Summerslam, usually they do something along those lines at the Summerslam PPV.
