Since Ps4 Came Out Today Will They Have Some Systems At The Stores Or Where Can I Buy It Online

What system should I get my son (READ THE DESCRIPTION)?

1. Call his friends' parents to find out what system they play. Some may play more than one system, but by finding out which is the MOST played system out of all his friends, that would be the best choice since it will give him the most options to play with his friends. If you talk to the kids rather than the parents, they may be so excited they will let the secret slip to him that you were asking, so....the parents would be the best contact.

2. Wii is the most child-friendly of the options, but it isn't a "serious" gaming system in the sense that the other two are, and it doesn't have the games that are most likely to be played and enjoyed by his friends.

3. You could always wrap a "voucher" naming the three systems. Instead of a big wrapped box, he'll see this little card or something, so it will be more of a surprise. On the voucher, it will tell him that he has his CHOICE of the three systems + 3 games for it (or however many you want him to have at the start). He'll still have the huge surprise, though I know it isn't quite as sweet as him unwrapping the big box on Christmas morning.

CON to #3: He won't have them to play on Christmas day, as few stores would be open. So he'll have to wait until the next day.

PRO to #3: On the other hand, the game system won't be there on Christmas day, so it won't eclipse his other cool presents that would otherwise almost certainly be ignored in favor of the games. Plus, he gets exactly the system he wants AND the games he wants. Just one caveat: Call of Duty, Fallout 4, and other M-rated games are absolutely NOT appropriate for an 8-year-old regardless of maturity. And you will have to be a responsible parent and monitor his online play to ensure he's not being exposed to horrible behavior you don't want him to emulate and, even worse, adult pervs trolling for children. I believe the systems have parental controls, so for your peace of mind, I suggest you consider using them.

Can PS3 and PS4 users play online?

A lot of playstation networkers have asked about multi-online player with the PS3 and PS4 system (coming soon). Because of the new games that are being released, Playstation is making PS3 games and PS4 games! But the real question is... can PS3 gamer play online with a PS4 gamer? The reason why it's confusing is because XBOX wouldn't work that way, to play online with another party the gamer MUST have the exact system or it won't work. For Microsoft it's more cash in there pockets but not economical for our wallets. Back to Playstation, Playstation is more economical because online multiplayer is free. But I believe starting with the PS4 systems, there going to begin charging as well. If there is a difference between the PS3 and PS4 online system please answer it below. NO STUPID COMMENTS, BE MATURE OR YOU'LL GET FLAGGED! Thanks

Will BestBuy replace my ps4 without a receipt?

i bought my ps4 last Christmas from best but. I lost my receipt and it died a few days ago. Will best buy replace it since it hasn't been 12 months or will they take an email since I bought it online instead of a receipt?

If one account on my PS4 has a PlayStation Plus membership, will I be able to play online on all the other accounts in the machine?

Yes.  You can see the official details here: PS4 Online Multiplayer Requirements"If a PS Plus member registers a PlayStation 4 as their "primary" system, anyone who uses that system has the ability to play online multiplayer, regardless of whether or not they are PS Plus members."And you should be able to play the PS+ games on the other accounts. See here for more details: Accessing PlayStation®Plus benefits from other user accounts and PlayStation systems

If I bought a game from the PlayStation store, could I play it on a second PS4 console if I sign in with my account?

Sony clarifies PS4 game-sharing rules ahead of launch“There's no limit to the number of consoles you can download a game on, but only two games can be played concurrently — one on your primary system, one on a secondary console, which you must be logged into. Sony has also revealed you'll be able to change which PS4 is your primary system if you need to.”- 2013Sharing Downloaded Games on Multiple PS4s?“[The other person] would only have access to your games by logging into your account on her PS4. If you are playing at home, and [that person] logs into your account, one your PS4 your game will stop and you'll get a message that it was logged in somewhere else. [The] best way, if [the other person] has PS Plus use Shareplay to have [them] play the game with you that way as a guest.- 2017

After the launch of the PS5, will Sony stop the manufacture of the PS4 new games?

First, the games that are currently being developed that are too expensive or too far along in production to easily convert to the PS5 will still release.Next, you’ll see a lot of games that straddle the line and release for both generation of systems. This is because many publishers will wait for more people to buy into the new console cycle before fully supporting it. Games are expensive to make and they want to ensure a larger audience than just a couple million. After a while, these dual-gen games will dry up as developers switch entirely over to the new generation. This usually happens a year or two after the new-gen systems launch. After this point, only sports games and maybe a couple party games (like Just Dance) will still release on the old systems. This will last for quite some time, probably 5 or 6 years after the new gen launches. Heck, the last PS2 game was Pro Evolution Soccer 2014 and it launched only a week before the PS4 came out. They’re still making sports games for the PS3 and 360!From there, it’s probably curtains. With any luck, maybe the indie scene might adopt the system and still publish a couple games (like what happens for the Dreamcast, NES, SNES, & Genesis), but probably not. The world has moved on.

Is it still worth buying a PS4, or should I wait for the PS5?

Buy a PS4. Although the PS5 may come out at the end of 2020, the first version of anything always needs improvement. The PS4 Pro was originally released with a CUH-70xx model number. Later, Sony tweaked things under the hood and started shipping the CUH-71xx model of the Pro. Today, the RDRII bundle ships with a CUH-72xx Pro.If the PS5 pumps 4K at 60FPS, the first model may generate so much heat that the fans cause the console to levitate off the shelf unless you stick a potted plant on it. After a few months, Sony may figure out how to reduce the power consumption or improve the cooling and start shipping a model that doesn't need a potted plant. It would be better to wait for that PS5 model so you can focus on gameplay without having to worry about watering a plant.More importantly, two years is an eternity that you cannot allow to go to waste waiting for a PS5. In that time, you could sink 1000 hours into Horizon Zero Dawn, start a Twitch stream called "Make Some Shards", and become famous. Or, on a glum note, what if you catch an incurable disease before the PS5 comes out? Do you want to be thinking with your last breath, "I should have bought a PS4."? Of course not. That would suck.Life is short. Buy a PS4.

PS4 question about game sharing and bundles?

Hey

I had a few questions about the PS4. The first thing I wanted to ask was about game resale and sharing.

My brother bought a PS4 when they first came out. I waited for various reasons and I'm now looking for a good deal. He bought the system, but no game. So it was basically a paper weight. I bought him a game for it so he could play it, under the condition that he bought me a game when I got mine since he didn't have the extra money at the time. Now that I'm looking to get a system, he wants to just give me that game instead of buying one. That's fine with me, but I wanted to know if the value has been decreased. I'd heard at the time that there would be some issue. First I heard that you couldn't resale a game once you bought it, that it would register and lock down on any other system. Then I heard that they changed that and you could, but their might be only so many times you can. For instance, you can own it and let two other people borrow it. After that, it wouldn't play on any other system. What is the deal with it now. Can you let as many people as you like play it? Has he devalued it by playing it on his system? Will it eventually lock me out if I play it on mine and then play it on multiple friends systems? How does it work?

Secondly, I had a buddy at work tell me he thought they were adding an extra fan to the PS4 to solve an over heating issue. Is this true and if it is, when are they coming out with it.

Lastly, what are the best bundles out or coming out
