Today the most racist people in the USA is not a state but the Democratic Party. They use race as a political tool to divide America. They are winning. If we do not allow one more immigrant into the USA white people will be the minority in ten years.Ironically people from S America, etc also bring, in their minds, the very same kind of government they tried to escape - socialism and Communism. Ocasio- Cortez is the latest example.The Left, by hook and crook will prevail, enslaving the US taxpayer to pay for all the ‘feee stuff’. USA will become a financial sinkhole just like all the other countries which have taken the SoCom route.Mr Obama started us on that path running up a 20 plus trillion dollar debt, inciting racial division, violence against our police, using street violence to make his points,, faith against faith, class against class, government against against the private sector. Historically typical of L Wing leaders he , has since leaving the presidency, led the life of the Uber rich in his many mansions.We will become as Venezuela.

John Crafton had a very good answer with direct quotes of Democrats doing exactly that. However, you don’t even have to go through those examples. States have passed the so-called Red Flag laws where a judge orders a citizen’s gun Rights taken away. The citizen (subject of the order) has NO notice, there is NO due process! The citizen has NO representation, and is NOT present in court. These laws make a citizen GUILTY with NO trial AT ALL. The courts tell the police force, that the citizen is armed, and is a danger to himself or others! How do you think that the police treat the citizen???? Do you think that they are going to politely knock on the door and explain that there is a court order? Heck NO. The cops have been told that the person is an armed DANGEROUS person!!! All on an UNPROVEN, UNINVESTIGATED ACCUSATION!All that you need in order to answer this question is this one example! For those reading this answer, what do you think of a law which sends the cops to someone’s home, busting in the door, permission or no, handcuffing citizens, forcibly taking property, with ZERO PROOF of GUILT????This is way beyond just having a bunch of Democrats dimwits spouting off about their plans to attack the the 2nd Am Rights of citizens!!These are examples of a massive abuse of power by the state legislatures, and by the courts! This is a tyrannical government, abusing power in contradiction of the founding document. The sad part is that the courts are so corrupt that they go along with the total elimination of due process, and the people of the US, are SO apathetic about their Rights, and SO accepting of a tyrannical government, that they are not slightly upset at the ELIMINATION of due process.What other circumstances would you like to have the government empowered to bust into your home or office, search and CONFISCATE your property, handcuff and put you on the ground,,,,,, all WITHOUT any hearing that you are a part of (or even have the SLIGHTEST representation), and ELIMINATE your Rights??? You should think about that, because if they can do it in any instance, WHAT is to stop them from doing it in any other instance?? You can not just give up ONE Right!!!One last thing, if this happens to you, then you will need to spend THOUSANDS of dollars of YOUR money, and you will have to prove your innocence!!! How do you prove something which has NOT happened???

I fear that some radical far left-wing Democrats may try to ban firearms, despite the clear provisions of the /nd Amendment.However, even if they are successful in packing the Supreme Court, an idea which has recently been raised and gained favor among some of the more rabid members, they will succeed only in formenting a revolution, which will make the War Between the States (a Southern euphemism) look like a schoolyard shoving match.Gun control has nothing to do with safety and everything to do with control.The current murder rate in the United States is the lowest that it has been since the early days of the 20th century, and yet we can be said to be awash in firearms, far more so than in those days 115 years ago.There are some 110 million private owners of firearms in the United States.The most conservative estimates place the number of privately held firearms in excess of 300 million and a more realistic number lies between 450 and 500 million.When you add to those numbers several tens of trillions of rounds of ammunition, the absurdity of trying to seize privately held firearms becomes all too apparent.We are not Australia nor Europe.We have not been raised to blindly submit to a bureaucratic dictatorship.Americans outside of the big city bastions of fevered liberals are fiercely independent, and yes, we are raised with a bible in one hand and a firearm in the other.
