Not sure about Miami, specifically, but the best places to start anywhere would be local churches, nursing homes, open mic nights and so on. You might not earn much, but it gets you experience and exposure to more people.In addition, you might want to upload videos to YouTube or musically. Cover songs might gain the attention of the original singer.
