No, it will not. When you initiate a call on WhatsApp, it shows “calling” first and as soon as WhatsApp establishes a connection with the other number, it shows “ringing” instead of “calling”. For the other user to receive your call, he needs to have an active connection. If not, you will keep seeing WhatsApp “calling” the other person and you will hear the phone ring, but its just WhatsApp trying to establish the connection, nothing else.

Why do i hallucinate hearing skype?
every day, im on the computer a significant amount of time (im not going to lie, on days where i dont do anything. its 8-10 hours of my 12 hours awake) and during that time i use skype a ridiculous amount, and have come accustomed to hearing the small noise that it makes when a new message comes in every few minutes. the thing is though, as of a couple weeks ago, every now and then, ill be in a different t room. and ill hear the skype message noise. ill then go into my room, and check, only to see i have no messages. i ask everyone in the house if their went off. the answer is usually no. even more recently, ive been hearing it when i wasnt even around a computer. and occasionally ill hear other "message came in" noises too. like facebooks. am i alright? should i see a therapist or counselor about this?

As a side note: I'm getting tired of people answering one-liners just to make fun of questions that are genuinely curious about myths. Why are they even replying, and why are they even reading the questions on myths? To answer your question, I don't know much, only from experience my mother has, not me. Everytime my mum tells me her face is burning (like really hot and flushed for no reason while mine is fine and we're in the same room) and also her ears are just as red, and sometimes ringing, she starts talking about a certain person, and often a person she hasn't seen for some time will call or she will meet them very soon. It happens most of the time. Other times, she gets it when she's just left a group of people, and I get that too. My mind keeps thinking about them for no reason, and I just know they're talking about me for a little while because I'm gone, but this might just be talking lightly, it's not something bad or anything. I don't know if that's reliable, but what hapens to my mum is quite strange, though. Hope this helps somewhat

Headphones making weird sound.?
My new headset makes a weird static sound, like speakers make when you're getting a phone call. It happens quite often, probably around 40 times an hour. It's the Genius GX Gaming Cavimanus 7.1 gaming headset. I got it around 4 days ago and it's been making this sound ever since then. Could it be some sort of interference? I started off ignoring it but people can hear it if I'm in a Skype call with them too and it's getting really annoying. If anyone could help that'd be great. Thanks in advance.
Central A/C unit is making high-pitched whistling sound?
The unit is new and was installed this past summer 2011. It worked great with no noise for the first season but when I turned on the a/c for the first time this year the outside part of the unit began making a loud hissing sound that continued until I turned the a/c off. Cold air was blowing from the interior vents while on, so the unit is operating as it should but this noise is definitely not normal. It's easily heard inside with windows closed. There is no variation in the noise, it's a consistent loud hissing/whistling sound similar to a whistling tea kettle. Any suggestions on what the problem might be? Though I am not familiar with HVAC units I am pretty handy and would like to attempt to solve the problem without spending money for a tech to come look at it.

It usually an electronic signal and that can go through before you hear it ring. Best to just tell them it was a wrong number or a pocket dial. Just end it quickly.
